Delhi University — still waiting for the amount to be refunded

Dear sir/madam,

As i have made transaction for fee payment of my niece on 18.09.17 of rs 3546.80 the amount got debited from my pnb account simultaneously but on fee portal its showing "your payment not received successfully". Now my niece made the payment from other mode on 05.11.17 but still my debited amount didn't refunded me back since more than 1.5 months got over.
Please resolve the issue as i have raised my complain through pnb portal service no is - [protected]. Waiting for your needful action.
