[Resolved] Delhi University — Transaction failed and money deducted

I have paid fee of INR 500 to request a provisional certificate from the Delhi university. The payment was made on 11/22/2022 and I am also attaching a screenshot as a reference. While the amount got deducted from my bank account and the official website through which the form was requested was showing that the payment has been failed. form no: MIGPRO[protected] Enrollment Number :19DSCDBHPS000069 Email ID : prachi.[protected]@gmail.com Kindly allocate the payment my case or refund.
