I had requested for my transcripts from DU on fast track basis, wherein the university claims that it provides the transcripts within 10 working days. It has already been 15 working days and I still have not received any kind o[censored]pdate or email regarding the same. My form number is TRANS[protected]. I seek an early resolution of the issue. I requested my transcript on March 3rd, 2022 and the fee was deducted, but I have yet to receive correspondence from the university.
I applied for it again on March 19th, as I was still waiting for clarification on my transcript. However, the same thing happened this time. The money was withdrawn from my account, but I had no correspondence or information from the institution. Twice the money got deducted but there is no response from university.
I am attaching the reciept of both the transactions here .
