[Resolved] Delhi University — Transcript fee payment show failed but money got deducted

Hi I just made a payment of Rs. 1400 for my transcripts and amount is debited from my account but on the Delhi University Transcript page the failure message appeared. I am worried about my amount as this is successfully paid from my bank but on the DU website my transcript page showing that Payment is due. Please help me out.
