Hello, I have paid rs. 1000 online for my transcript.in the fee receipt it says that the fee receipt should be submitted to the designated counter on the same day. However i couldn't submit the documents on that day due to my busy schedule. Therefore is there anyway you can accept the fee receipt and process my transcript or refund the payment. I was paying my misc fee for migration certificate. The fee was debited thrice and all the transaction were showing as failed and as per your policy the amount should have been refunded in one weak. Its been 2 months i see my bank details and i have not received any refund. Please resolve asap or else i will be forced to take legal action.
