Delivery — I Recieved delivered message but item not delivered

I got delivered message from delivery but the product is not yet delivered and I raised queries by mail and the showing I bought the order with my signature..??? I don't know what to say I didn't sign and I not notified for the delivery a worst from delivery I need the solution please convey any solution is there
