I have ordered a gift pack from play creative, i paid 200 rupees and the delivery date was on 18th December and today it is 24th December i still did not get my order and it is showing OFD Locked .Can you please unlock the order...

I sent the parcel with Delhivery Direct on Dec 13 and its been 15 days now that courier has not reached its destination. There are no updates on their tracking page and customer service also not sharing the correct update....

I received a fake shoe and i hope that you can resolve this matter and issue me a refund as soon as possible because it’s been a week since it happened...

I had to get an order delivered for which I did use delivery service but due to address being wrong I cancelled but parcel still not returned
Date i cancelled the order was17 aug 2022 and today is 6 september still i not get my parcel

When I myself reached out to them today, they told us to come to jublee bus station and pick it up which is 30kms away from where I stay. Delivery issue...

I didn't received the product but in the tracking information it is showing delivered...

Delivery boy call and come on spot to collect your item telling all time .. i tell to this person come on my home address or near .. But delivery man all time i going to spot to i get my order....

Delivery person delivery the item same other places .than we go and collect the item very bad service...

Delhivery is not a good option to deliver items, they do not have any contact number there customer support team never respond your queries. They cheet with customers.
They will show you status is out for delivery but not deliver, this they will do for couple of days and finally change the steps to return by self without any update to customer

They are really frustrating...

Taken extra money then the charge less than 100gm weight of courier and poor communication skill...

We are regular customer of Delivery. But the service Delivery is providing pathetic. We have booked courier on 29th August and another one on 4th September, 2021. But still nobody turn up to pick the material against a 100% advance booking....

The delivery person is delivering the package that i have ordered. I have waited two days for this to be delivered.
Still no news of the delivery and they mark it as this a undeliverable location giving the correct address to them.
Ask them to to call me if they are delivering.
That do not call me also.
The carrier should deliver it on 30 january
Now it's february 2nd still no news.
