Cons no.[protected] was booked from Mumbai for Pune on 5/2/2009. No delivery till today i.e.7th Feb. Got very rude reply when contacted Mumbai number[protected]to track the letter. Advised to contact Pune office on [protected]/24494318. These numbers are ringing..no reply. A very sad experience. Also the tracking on line is failure. A bad company, bad service and rude staff.

Dear Sir/Madam,This is to inform your that I have not received my packet no. L21225292 containg driving license which was booked on 31/10/09 from Wazirpur Depot License Authority.I had talk to Mr.Sunil on phone in your office Naraina (Delhi) regarding this matter as per Mr.Sunil there is some payment issue with pitampura branch the reson being they are not delivering the packets.
Kindly reply or deliver the packet asap.

Delivery — Not delivering the product and customer care not respoinding
Inspites of numerous calls to Xpressbees they are not delivering the product. Paytm customer care just disconnects the calls after few seconds. Any delivery charge may apply or not?
