Dell Laptop — Long beep 8 times continuous

I have purchased 5598 inspiron [protected] from Jina computers, Sirsa 125055 in 15.1.2016 and now since 6 days this laptop suffers serious problem of long beep continuous for 8 times throughout a day when I closed its battery i.e. laptop shown 100% charged and when I used to close its charging then continuous giving long beep for 8 time continuous and after some gap it again gives beep 8 times and it continues for whole of day since 6 days. I have made complaint to Jina Computers and even on [protected] on 11.5.2016 and today on 12.5.2016 on [protected] and I have been given assurance by company to remove defects of laptop immediately.
