DeMensen IT Consulting — Salary not paid

Respected Sir /Madam, I Miss Sunny Verma joined DeMensen IT Consulting ( Location P-95, Sector B Metropolitan kolkata 700105.) as HR Manager on 1st July 2014.My interview was taken by MD Mr.Aviroop Chowdhury .He selected me and offered designation of HR Consultant with fixed salary .And after few days he send me an Offer Letter with my Alice name but not with my documented name, plus the CTC which was decided was changed too.I informed him about the mistakes in Offer Letter but he said to start working because at that time he was suffering from too much of crisis and needs the consultancy to run .He will change the Offer Letter and will hand it over to me soon .But he has not done .When a month completed and the salary time came I asked for the salary but he didn't paid me and said to manage for some days, he will pay me but he didn't .Than whenever I demanded for my salary he used to give excuses that his mother is not well and hospitalized please manage will pay soon. I worked there for one and half months but didn't get paid a single penny .So I send mail and left the consultancy .But after leaving the consultancy also whenever I demanded my salary he said he will pay me and suddenly one day he said that there is Mr.Vinit Pathri who is the Director HR of the Consultancy, who stays in Delhi .He will talk to me and than they will pay .But they said to re join the consultancy and will pay me my previous salary as Joining Bonus and promised to pay the next salary schedule on time .But I didn't join the consultancy as I didn't feel secure by the way talks verbally rather than giving me any genuine and correct Offer Letter .So I didn't join and left the consultancy .
