However, a complaint can be automatically marked as resolved if a complainant isn't responding or updating a complaint for 30 days after the company has tried to reach the complainant.

joined DeMensen IT Consulting ( Location P-95, Sector B Metropolitan kolkata
700105.) as HR Manager on 1st July 2014.My interview was taken by MD
Mr.Aviroop Chowdhury .He selected me and offered designation of HR Manager with
fixed salary .And after few days he send me an Offer Letter with my Alice name
but not with my documented name, plus the CTC which was decided was changed
too.I informed...
