[Resolved]  Den-Snapdeal — They are not processing my refund

I have ordered a set of ( Order no. [protected])-Rangasthali Bedsheets but one of them was of poor quality so i returned the item.As i paid on COD, they asked my bank details for refunding my money.But since one week I am talking to their customer representative and they are just making fool of me and not initiating my refund request.I also mailed them several times but no action was taken against it.I am just fed up of making calls explaining my problem to them.
