Den Snapdeal Tv-Shop — No replacement taking too much time

Hi i am raveena, i orderd 16 pcs cookwear set from this company .I recived the order on 21february 2017 but same day i found that the product was defected and i asked for the replacement on same day. After 1or 2 days they picked the cookwear set for the replacment. but today its around one month gone but no one person come for the new cook wear set. I called them but they said that " you will get today or tommorow your product.Recently i called them before 2 days and i asked again for the replacemnet or refund they replied me that tommorow you definatly recived your product. But still no replacement and no refund. i would like to request you that kindly look into this matter.
