I ordered one jacket on 28/11/2017 online by paying through mobikwik. Normally wait for a week. Then i called to check the status of my order. Each and every time, not verified... Will call you tomorrow with update. Its of 6 to 7times. Yesterday when i called, i advised to write a mail to the customercare. What is the nonsense going on???
I think its time to take action....

I order an item from den snapdeal tv-shop, but since the quality was poor, i returned the item back to den snapdeal tv-shop, through indiapost tracking number: em[protected]in

Complained for refund of rs. 1900/- i wards one thousand nine hundred only (With 101 rupees shipping charges) we have send the complete details by mail but refund not given.
