Dena Bank — atm rupay card not working for online transaction

My atm/debit card is not working since last week. I am unable to so online payment. And the message is showm that your card is frozen or blocked. Bank didnt inform me why they blocked my card. This is not fair. I am facing too many troubles due to this. Please do the needful and unfroze my card. At lesat they should inform me before close my card. Now what should i do. Please tell me nd solce my problem as soon asposible
