Yesterday (10/12/2016 ) i am use dena debit card in domino pizza in use. after use dena debit card icecream- purchase - Rs. 250 * 2 ( two time ), here debit my account in balance cut. on mobile msg, come but there shopcounter his swipe machine in not swipe.
after purchase in chash - icecream...
bank toll free number on receceived any one..

which time / days credit my back balance.
so what do.

please answer.

    This is regarding our a/c[protected] where the amount was deducted from account against the declined transaction shown in merchant machine .
    we have swapped our card having for shopping how ever during transaction done the machine showed the transaction declined where as no msg for fund deduction was received from bank.
    we have also check the account at NEAREST DENA BANK BUT NOT REFUND

      Facing Problem with Debit Card while making payment online
      many times amount get debited from account for cancelled transaction
      and amount was kept on hold for week and than reversed to account
      till that time we are facing problem for shortage of balance in account
      we tried to book movie and rail ticket but transaction was not confirm / canceled but account get debited to that amount immediately and reverse after week.
      2 days before tried to make payment of challan of Ministry of Companies affairs (MCA) but same was not done, due to which additional fees charged by MCA due to debit card error
      yesterday went to buy mobile and gave debit card to swipe for payment, transaction was cancelled but amount was debited to account. balance was reduced.
      due to which i am unable to make another payment for other vendors like electricity, telephone etc.
      It is required to compensate by bank for all additional charges paid by me due to debit card error.

        We have swapped our card having for shopping how ever during transaction done the machine showed the transaction declined where as no msg for fund deduction was received from bank.
        After checking the account statement we have found the funds were deducted with transaction if prcr/[protected]/[protected]:08:40/bs.

        We have also check the account at musadai lal where we have done the transaction and the amount was not cr in their account as well.


        We have checked and till today the amount was not returned in our account.

        Please help by doing the need full on urgent basis.

          I namely, Pandey Vikram Ramawadh.Today, 05/12/2016, I went to the bank and asked for the information regarding swipe machine for cashless transaction . I just need the information than also the bank manager manager behaves very un-respectfully. I just need the information than also he denied and and replied the fill the form instead of giving the complete detail. The incident took place at mehsana branch (gujarat), it is located at highway road beside rajkamal petrol pump this is my humble request to warn the staff so that they behave respectfully with all. This is not the first time I have face such situation but as a common man I always faces but this time I thought to complain.

          It is very kind of you to warn the manager to behave respectfully

            I'm vishnu vaishnav dena bank account holder at-po: ganthiol ta:idar district: sabarkantha, gujarat

            From my account two times money deducted first time before diwali amount was 2059.98 rs. And second time it's on today morning at 8:16 am[protected] same amount.

            I'm not awared such type of deduction i'm not understanding which policy they have. They deducting amount from our people accounts whenever they want and before informing us. So i think my money in this bank is not safe. And i never done online transaction beyond capacity.

            This is the nationalized bank but they are becoming poor compared to other banks.
            Also they can't give cutting edge solution to their customers.

              Dear sir / madam,
              Nilesh mehta account holder of your dena bank ambujanagar branch vadnagar, dist: gir somnath. After 09th nov. 2016 every time i was go to bank for withdrawal rupees every time bank manager reply comes no money. Between this duration i was go every alternate day. Same replay comes. Also its atm was not in working condition. Today (02/12/2016) atm is started but dena bank account holder card not operated due system/server problem (Anther bank atm card was running success fully) so i request to manger to solve this problem but manger reply me this is not my job/problem.
              If you want to do complaint you free. No any amount you withdrawal through cheque or withdrawal from. Due to no cash available in bank. So please tell me no any responsibility of bank manager i also call in customer care tall free no. But no reply comes also one sentence listen thanks for continuously holding i will transfer your call to operator.
              If your bank service not proper or satisfactory i want to transfer my account in anther bank.
              I will wait your replay. Hope that your reply will be positive and helping

                M Bindu Varshney account holder of your dena bank Rajajipuram branch Lucknow. My son's educational loan is sanctioned from the bank and I had to sent his fee through Neft. Yesterday I went to bank they said to come tomorrow I.e for today but I'm very sorry to say that they made we waited for more than 2 hours and bank staff was busy in arrangements as they had to give farewell to one of their colleague as he was retiring today. They are least concern about clients time and busy in their personal affairs. I'm very disappointed. From last 3 days I'm running for disbursements of the sanctioned loan amount. Poor management and poor services from your bank. Please take immediate action as to sort out problems of clients.
                On 30th November, I was in que for withdrawal from my account, I got 10000 rupees, but I was shocked when other person got 50000 rupees that is totally not fair..I'm from Surat, Gujarat.

                  Sir,

                  I regret to inform that Today I stood in row from 11-00 AM. For depositing amount in my a/c . But the branch manager is taking amount only those parties, who are giving 10% of funds in cash for allowing him to deposit. In this game police staff of ROOP NAGAR Police station is also involved, these are members of Roshanara Bagh club, this practice was started for the last four days. I am unable to deposit that fund from last t wo days because due to this open corruption. Yesterday i want to make one D.D. From myna/c, unfortunately my work was completed in three hours due to malafide intention of that corrupt office. They are entering in bank without row. Yesterday Mr. Mittal, who is businessman was also misbehaved for giving favour to their friends.

                  You are requested to do suspend that corrupt officers. I have warned him many times to him for his corrupt practice, but he is telling that I am giving share to Sr.officers. so no body touch me on your complaint.

                  An early action will be appreciated.

                        Dear Sir / Madam,

                        This is very painful story but you need to read and take action: (this happened at MG road branch today)

                        1. Today I sent my father to withdraw 10K INR from my account with cheque, branch manager announced that bank do not have cash and only can give you 5K INR – does it mean Bank at defaulter list???
                        2. My father called me to change the amount and sign on cheque, I reached and requested manager that I want 10K since I have to pay someone and it’s my own account I want to withdraw also from two days your ATMs are shut where will I go for cash but he said he do not have cash, I requested him to give me 4 denominator of 2K but still he wasn’t agree. Feel I opened account at wrong bank but I said my self lets it ok, will again come tomorrow and be in queue to withdraw.
                        3. My number came for withdrawal he is sitting right next to two ladies one is doing entry and another is giving cash (all are sitting out of cash box, again risk of not following security) (only one guard at branch without Gun).
                        4. Actual story: He said to me I will give 1 for 2K note and others will be of 100 notes, I agreed then I saw that lady (who is giving cash) writing denominator back side to my cheque 1 for 2K, 10 for 100 and 100 for 10 total to 4K then she again changed to 1 for 2K, 10 for 100 and 200 for 10 total to 5K how because my father pointed out to her that her total is not matching and he called me that they are giving 10 ka notes. I asked her why you are doing that she started shouting and using words (YE DE RAHE HAI VERNA YE BHI NAI MILENGE) were we asking a donation from you? Then my tone was high to Nair that you agreed above and see what is doing, I told him look at behind the cheque all working but he and she started lying and he started shouting, was using bad words by pointing fingers to me and my father also used bad words pura Khandan leke ate humne bank khola kya khandan ke lie and all. Proofs: check my chque’s back side of working and working multiple times also you can cheque the video recording you will have in your branch. I really cannot even give a job of office boy like this mind of people and you have gave him the Manager position.
                        5. I know it’s a public bank and it doesn’t matter to you but really wants to know whether customer are above then anyone for you or not?
                        6. I use to put my lakhs of deposits in this account which I will stop and even will take out all my accounts if no action taken over him.
                        7. How can he behave to customers, pushing, using bad words, saying anything comes to him.
                        8. This story will be published over social media and to PM through man ki baat and his app, also I will try to give this to news media where I have contacts in case corrective actions not taken against Nair.

                          Dena bank had charged me for "min balance" even if i had enough balance in my account. I asked the bank representative to explain me the reason of the charges but he could not explain it to me.. I had raised it to "[protected]@denabank.co.in,"internet banking cell, data centre"" on 2nd january 2016 requesting to explain me the reason for those charges applied but till date i haven't received any acknowledgement..
                          Csc had forwarded the email to local bank email id requesting to resolve the query but no reply from them at all...

                          Looking for satisfactory action on this matter.

                              I have paid a bill of Rs. 2000/- via Debit card/ Rupay card of postpaid plan. The amount of Rs. 2000/- deduct of my saving account No.[protected] on 31.08.2016 at 4.00 P.M. but the airtel did not receive the same till date on 26.09.2016.                                 ​I have made order to MEDPLUS india by order no 1509180 for purchasing medicine online at the time of final confirming debit transaction I got error msg 'the host is not available try after some time' but in spite of that my a/c has been debited with the amount as mentioned in cyber receipt i.e Rs 2422.76 then msg from MEDPLUS received that they have not get the said payment hence my order is cancelled

                                        My mother having pension account in dena bank (jaipur m i road branch), and today she visited branch for re-new her atm card but some lady officer refused to renew it because my mother is not educated but she is able to signed her own. if there is such rue how atm issued first time. therefore please look into the matter and provide me further information regarding this.
