Dena Bank — failed atm transaction at pos | |||
I used ATM VISA Debit card issued by Dena Bank at POS on 27.05.2017 Anount of Rs, 1890.36 was debited twice to my SB Account. I made no.of complaints by e mail to Bank. There is no reply or action by the bank evev after 2 months have passed. I approached Merchant partner POS . Their bankers have given reply by mail that amount has been credited to beneficiary account only once. That mail is also forwarded to bank. Still there is no communication by bank.
