Dena Bank — Minimum balance charges applied unnecessarily | |||
Dena bank had charged me for "min balance" even if i had enough balance in my account. I asked the bank representative to explain me the reason of the charges but he could not explain it to me.. I had raised it to "[protected]@denabank.co.in,"internet banking cell, data centre"" on 2nd january 2016 requesting to explain me the reason for those charges applied but till date i haven't received any acknowledgement.. Csc had forwarded the email to local bank email id requesting to resolve the query but no reply from them at all... Looking for satisfactory action on this matter. Was this information helpful? | |||
