Dena Bank — Miss-behavior by Branch Manager Nair with customers in Pune MG road branch - Bank image is on risk

Dear Sir / Madam,

This is very painful story but you need to read and take action: (this happened at MG road branch today)

1. Today I sent my father to withdraw 10K INR from my account with cheque, branch manager announced that bank do not have cash and only can give you 5K INR – does it mean Bank at defaulter list???
2. My father called me to change the amount and sign on cheque, I reached and requested manager that I want 10K since I have to pay someone and it’s my own account I want to withdraw also from two days your ATMs are shut where will I go for cash but he said he do not have cash, I requested him to give me 4 denominator of 2K but still he wasn’t agree. Feel I opened account at wrong bank but I said my self lets it ok, will again come tomorrow and be in queue to withdraw.
3. My number came for withdrawal he is sitting right next to two ladies one is doing entry and another is giving cash (all are sitting out of cash box, again risk of not following security) (only one guard at branch without Gun).
4. Actual story: He said to me I will give 1 for 2K note and others will be of 100 notes, I agreed then I saw that lady (who is giving cash) writing denominator back side to my cheque 1 for 2K, 10 for 100 and 100 for 10 total to 4K then she again changed to 1 for 2K, 10 for 100 and 200 for 10 total to 5K how because my father pointed out to her that her total is not matching and he called me that they are giving 10 ka notes. I asked her why you are doing that she started shouting and using words (YE DE RAHE HAI VERNA YE BHI NAI MILENGE) were we asking a donation from you? Then my tone was high to Nair that you agreed above and see what is doing, I told him look at behind the cheque all working but he and she started lying and he started shouting, was using bad words by pointing fingers to me and my father also used bad words pura Khandan leke ate humne bank khola kya khandan ke lie and all. Proofs: check my chque’s back side of working and working multiple times also you can cheque the video recording you will have in your branch. I really cannot even give a job of office boy like this mind of people and you have gave him the Manager position.
5. I know it’s a public bank and it doesn’t matter to you but really wants to know whether customer are above then anyone for you or not?
6. I use to put my lakhs of deposits in this account which I will stop and even will take out all my accounts if no action taken over him.
7. How can he behave to customers, pushing, using bad words, saying anything comes to him.
8. This story will be published over social media and to PM through man ki baat and his app, also I will try to give this to news media where I have contacts in case corrective actions not taken against Nair.
