Dena Bank — regarding deduction of balance from my debit card

This is to inform you that around 1 month before that is 27th april 2018, i debited cash from my atm but the transaction was cancelled and i haven't received any cash but inspite of that the balance has been deducted from my account.
So i want you to please get the details and process my refund accordingly for that transaction.
I will be highly obliged for the same.
