Dena Bank — Rejecting the Personal loan to the regular salaried customer

Dear sirMadam
Your Branch Office at Bikaner Rajasthan has denied the regular customer who is having a salary account in the respective bank regarding the personal loan benefit, without giving any valid reason for the rejection. if i am fulfilling the norms pls. provide me financial benefit without any confusion and fuss. I have been the customer for more than 25 yrs.
