This is to inform you that I have opened an account of my wife on 31 Oct 2016 In DENA bank Vikaspuri G block Delhi Branch. Account holder name is Madhvi Bhagwat and account details mentioned as hereunder with RED colour text. We have not received any welcome letter, ATM, or internet banking services from your bench end yet. I have called several times to branch but no one picked up calls. As you aware about current bad situation of banks. we badly need internet banking services and atm card to make some urgent payments. I hope you can understand and help us at earliest.
