Portable & Cordless Sewing Machine
I received the consignment through DTDC Courier on 27th August, 2025, with the products enveloped inside one single brown coloured outer cardboard carton containing all four items. The same carton was not visibly damaged from the outside, although the shape of the outer carton was somehow pressed, which may be due to some pressure from outside. I therefore took the delivery in good sense.
Thereafter, when I stripped open the extreme outer carton, I found that the carton of the actual item under complaint was damaged and kept in a manner that its torn-out portion could only be visible after taking out the other items. This is clearly visible as per the attached picture. To my utter surprise, I found that the Portable & Cordless Sewing Machine was damaged in the battery compartment portion, and the lid of the same was lying inside the box. This, I presume, was knowingly packed by the concerned department without a quality check before the despatch. Was this information helpful? |
