After placing the order, I checked the reviews and fing that it is a scam fake site, fooling people with cheap products.

Should be banned immediately....

Ordered product is not working after fully charged for 2 hours. And after doing all type of start process also not getting on....

I received the consignment through DTDC Courier on 27th August, 2025, with the products enveloped inside one single brown coloured outer cardboard carton containing all four items. The same carton was not visibly damaged from the outside, although the shape of the outer carton was somehow pressed, which may be due to some pressure from outside....

Hi Team, I have orderd medium sized zips and they send small size zips tome. When i raised request on this they were not responded properly and teold that we sent correct product. and resonse are very late....

I am writing to formally lodge a consumer complaint against Deodap, an online seller, regarding my recent order #U[protected].

I had purchased a product from Deodap which was delivered in defective and damaged condition. I promptly reached out to their customer support, requesting either a replacement or a full refund. However, despite multiple follow-ups via email and phone, I have not received...

I ordered a 4-in-1 cable from DeoDap, but the product was faulty upon delivery. I emailed them with proof, and they offered only ₹21 as a refund instead of replacing the item or giving a proper resolution.

This is unacceptable, especially since I paid the full amount. Despite follow-ups, there has been no proper response. I request a full refund or a replacement of the product....

I hv order 6-8 prdt out of which thy send 1 wrong product. Now since 4-5 days thy r just mailing n asking give us unboxing video. If its prime requirement then thy should mention or mail while thy send mail after purchase n after product dispatch. Thy will not tell you before but anything goes wrong thy will tell you to send video, which is not possible, thn ty will reject. same thing.please before order check everything their misleading....

I have shared all the required vedios and details as per their policy.

Order Value: Approximately Rs. 75
Despite my numerous attempts to resolve the issue with Deodap, they have failed to provide satisfactory support. I initially trusted that my order would be fulfilled as advertised, but it has come to my attention that the company has not delivered the item in question. I requested a packaging video as proof of shipment, but Deodap stated that maintaining such video data is not feasible on their end. Additionally, they have asked me to provide an unboxing video, which I did not record due to my trust in their delivery process.
I believe that Deodap ha...unprofessional, leaving me no choice but to seek intervention from the appropriate government authorities to ensure justice.
Nature of Complaint:
1. Non-Delivery of Paid Item: Deodap has failed to deliver the purchased product.
2. Lack of Transparency and Accountability: Refusal to provide a packaging video despite my reasonable request.
3. Unfair Treatment: Deodap's response shifts the burden of proof to the customer, which I find unjust.
I am formally requesting your assistance in investigating this matter and enforcing the necessary actions against the company. I seek either the immediate delivery of the missing item or a full refund of Rs. 75. I am confident that your department will take the appropriate measures to address this case fairly.

The package was shipped via Ecom Express. However, the delivery partner did not deliver the package to my address and instead returned it to the shopping portal without contacting me.

Ecom Express rescheduled the delivery dates multiple times without any communication or approval from me, even though I was available at the delivery location throughout this period. Despite my availability, they failed to deliver the package. After a few days, they returned the package to the shopping portal without informing me.

Upon discovering this issue, I contacted Ecom Express support via email, and they confirmed that the package was returned to the shopping portal. Subsequently, I contacted Deodap customer care to request a refund. Unfortunately, I was informed that the package was delivered to my registered address, which is incorrect. I never received the package, and the tracking information clearly indicates that it was returned.

DeoDap focus on making people fall in trap by taking money in the name of providing drop shipping services.

Before paying for dropshipping plan they will keep calling you to buy their services

After you make payment you have to call them at all times they never give a professional after sale services

They will list a products on your e-commerce platform like Amazon which is cheaper which is of bad quality which they cannot sale which they want you to sale and at the end the only things comes in your hand is returned items from your valuable customers. Your Amazon account will be badly affected due to products listed by deodap.

They will damage the health of your Amazon account by providing low and cheap quality products at higher prices

The only thing I suggest to every one who reading this review is never buy any plan from DeoDap.

In simple words the reality is different from what they promise on their dropshipping plan. It is better to invest your hard earned money else where rather than paying to DeoDap. I have lost almost 20K and time.

Company has sent me wrong products. I have ordered about 4500rs orders. They sent wrong. I have sent emails, msgs, call them. They don’t talk. They don’t reply msg. I don’t need those products that they send to me. My products are not there. I am helpless now. Very frustrated. Very disappointed. What to do?? Please help.

Products are returned to Deodap but still return claim amount is not refunded

Deodap ask me to pay 2000+gst18%=2360 for their shopify dropshipping website plan.
After payment they are not replying not receiving ant calls delaying the process.
They your work will be done in 1 2 days it is 7 days now no any process started yet....
