Deodap — Wrong item replacement

I hv order 6-8 prdt out of which thy send 1 wrong product. Now since 4-5 days thy r just mailing n asking give us unboxing video. If its prime requirement then thy should mention or mail while thy send mail after purchase n after product dispatch. Thy will not tell you before but anything goes wrong thy will tell you to send video, which is not possible, thn ty will reject. same thing.please before order check everything their misleading. I hv ordered 5-6thy send wrong product, whn i raise query thy just beat arround bushes. Till you place order thy wont tell you its mandate to hv unboxing video, once u raise query thy will ask fr it n tell u to go n read TnC. All online platforms inform at the time of purchase to take unboxing video/ open box delivery if its required, here thy dont.
