The package was shipped via Ecom Express. However, the delivery partner did not deliver the package to my address and instead returned it to the shopping portal without contacting me.
Ecom Express rescheduled the delivery dates multiple times without any communication or approval from me, even though I was available at the delivery location throughout this period. Despite my availability, they failed to deliver the package. After a few days, they returned the package to the shopping portal without informing me.
Upon discovering this issue, I contacted Ecom Express support via email, and they confirmed that the package was returned to the shopping portal. Subsequently, I contacted Deodap customer care to request a refund. Unfortunately, I was informed that the package was delivered to my registered address, which is incorrect. I never received the package, and the tracking information clearly indicates that it was returned.
