Deogiri Auto — Vehicle sold with manufacturing defects | |||
I purchased my car Indigo ECS (MH 47 C 9915) on 8th March 2016. On the day of delivery, we got all our documentations wrong including the RC book, till date it’s not rectified. To our surprise when we drove the car on the first day the car was heating up, the same was escalated to service manager and sales head. Within 42 days twice the SPARK PLUG was changed and finally the ENGINE was replaced. Now my car is making lot of loud noise while driving and it is lying in their workshop from past 31 DAYS. I have written numerous emails to TATA Motors and Deogiri Auto stating I want my car replaced. Which they denied patently! Finally, we asked for our money back to which they are just shrugging their shoulder and keeping mum. It’s been 10 MONTH the car is giving lot of issues, since we have taken it for commercial purpose we are facing loss in our business, and are going through lot of financial losses. This is about the same dealership these guys have overcharged beyounf the MRp in the name of registration they have given me a vehicle which they played mischief with, not returned the etc money they charged, at the time is selling they had promised teflon coating etc ... which again they failed to provide . This dealership is pathetic and a team full of cheats . Once you purchase a vehicle from this showroom you will never want to purchase any vehicle from this brand.

Would request you to resolve this and help me get back my money with interest or the refund of complete payment as they have cheated us with both over and above charged beyound MRP not given the products as promised
