[Resolved]  Central Mall Jayanagar Bangalore — Misleading advertisement in newspaper

I visited Bangalore Central Mall Jayanagar which has been running an Upto 40% discount sale since a week. This day 16/1/2013 , they put out an add in leading papers announcing a one day Flat 50 % discount on certain products named in the advertisement. On going to the store however, many of the quoted brands were on sale for 50 % if you buy 2 or more. This is clearly a case of misleading customer. My reasoning with the floor manager Mr Naresh that Flat 50 % discount means on ONE piece purchase did not make any headway. Do I have a case in a consumer court against such misleading advertisements? Vikram
