Hi I purchased new Videocon 32 inches TV on 19th October 2014 and got the TV delivered next day. Now I want to get new Tv of different brand basically upgraded one. But person called Nandish from this company not ready to do this as he told it will affect his target for the month and he executive on behalf of Videocon. Spoke to manager called Narendranath but he was not ready to talk to me and disconnected call. People are so busy in coning new customer and not ready to resolve the issue for old customer. I am not asking any charity or free TV. I want better one and I am ready to pay for it. Or else I need my money back. Regards Darshan Shivaram

Bought the TV for 3 years warranty from Devi International Jayanagar but, within a year its gone and when i complain there was no response from past 10 days, when ever we call them, they are asking for 2days and this is happening from past 10 days

We have purchased washing machine on 23/09/2017 vide invoice no G17356.But tilldate no one has come for installation or collection of old washing machine.only sale part attending and not installation and sale of old machine not attending.
