Dear Bajaj Team,

I would really appreciate your efforts to fix my bike issue at earliest. I got a call from your Delhi Dewan Service center and I had words with their Manager Katyal & executive Deepika.
They both committed me that they are replacing my Bike Gear Shifter under warranty. I went there to service center & submitted my bike.
Service Advisor check & accept my bike.
At the evening around 4 PM I got my bike I asked Advisor has he replace the part he said yes we have replaced it. Please check & confirm how the experience now. I requested him to please show me the old part which you have replaced. Then they start roaming me here n there, please check with Bike Mechanic, check in Parts store. After 15 min of searching I came to know that they didn’t replace the part, they have just discuss with some senior mechanic & he has fixed it.

This is something really un-acceptable team, its been three month of this bike & gear is creating lot of problem to me. Still bike gears are creating lot of disturbance to me. I never experience this kind of support & service from Bajaj. I hope you won’t mind but now going forward I will start put negative review everywhere for this bike as well as your service also.
1st time your committed something after that you are doing nothing.
They have also closed my ticket without resolution, I need your higher management escalation matrix, I would like to escalate this issue to them. So that they should also aware how peoples are getting suffer in bajaj Bikes & showrooms.

I will never give Bajaj reference to anyone & going forward put negative comments everything on website for this bike. I don’t have free time to visit your service center daily basis.
