My dhfl loan account is 01836721.

1. First disbursement for this loan account was made on 07/07/2018. Second disbursement request was submitted to thane dhfl office on 18/09/2018 with due date as 28/09/2018. Dhfl thane office collected pre emi interest cheque for sept 2018, for this disbursement on 24/09/2018. However even after 2 1/2 months, no disbursement is received.
Customer care as well as thane office rm says, "all disbursements are on hold. And that they cannot give any commitment as to when disbursement will be made.
I am at the receiving end from the builder with interest charges and constant reminders for failure to make this payment. What is hurting most is"hands off"attitude of dhfl staff in this matter as if it is not their responsibility to honour the contractual commitment.

2. Even after 5 months i have not received my loan agreement copy. Standard reply is you will get it along with"welcome kit" (When?)

I thoroughly repent for choosing dhfl as home loan provider due to their tie up with the builder, and slightly lower rate of interest.

    As my loan is under subvention plan dhfl and builder are disbursing the loan without my consideration. They have given 567000 loan disbursement without are concern kindly help.. As they have not provided any documents to us.
    Even builder has not given us the demand letter, triple agreement copy nor allotment copy.
    Loan is disbursed on allotment copy. My sales agreement is still not registered.
    Kindly help now i want to cancel the deal

      Sir I have lost my house plan, and it was deposited in the dhfl office when it was sanctioned my homloan, in Dec 2015, I have written email so many times from 12 October 2018, they replied to get the required documents in 15 days, but till date I will not receive it, they only give false promises, I had complained this matter to consumer forum, plz help.

        Dhfl are absolutely ripping their loyal customer's. My home loan roi has increased thrice from 9.85% to 10.72% which equals a personal loan interest rate. I tried emailing [protected]@dhfl.com and dhfl response and the response received was very lame which seemed to be copy & paste from their templates. They didn't give any option to lower the current interest rate even my emi has been increased without any prior notification.

        I have given several chances to dhfl but now i've decided to transfer my loan to banks offering lower interest rate. Thanks dhfl for such a horrible experience!!

        No response yet. DHFL doesn't even bother to retain their customer's and they take 21 working days to provide list of documents. What an awful service!

        Please check email thread from narender.[protected]@tcs.com to [protected]@dhfl.com & [protected]@dhfl.com. My loan Loan Application No. is 01157622.

        DHFL has increased my rate of interest to 10.72% which as per current market conditions for few banks equals a personal loan interest rate. Also, this time increase of EMI 13001 to 13235 per month wasn't notified to me via SMS or letter or email.

        This is way too much. I have been paying my EMI's on time without being defaulter even a single month. And you guys are ripping loyal customer's like me and leaving me with no option but to move out of yout services

          Dhfl home loan disbursement very late
          Application no:..., i m. Yogesh patil from muktainagar dist jalgaon my loan vendor is mahendra mondhale from muktainagar i have already loss of money is 95000 and again paid off rs 3000 and 3100 rs stamp papaer and orther charges of rs 16, 500/- extra of sanctioned loan time, i availed home loan from dhfl cuddalore branch. Disbursement was very late. I am waiting for the disbursement for the last 4 month. Cuddalore manager wasn't responding my complaint. Cuddalore manager easily told me that transfer your home loan to another company. This is very cheatable answer. Kindly warn the manager and clear my disbursement as early as possible. Plz advise to ur manager and

            After taking loan for purchase and construction of property dhfl issued purchase loan.
            After purchase they said construct yoursel[censored]p to dpc level after that we will issue construction money in installments. But after dpc construction they are saying there is problem is our corporate level we are unable to issue funds.
            We are regularly saying them from 7th november that we are facing loss due to non issuance of installment of construction amount. But dhfl saying we are unable to help till our corporate issue resolved.
            We are facing loss who will borne such loss.

Dhfl bank did not give second installment of loan amount so i applied for home loan in another bank. I submitted an application to dhfl bank vaishali nagar jaipur branch on 27/11/2018 and on 23/11/2018 online for forcecloser certificate and branch gave me 12/12/2018 date for issue forcecloser certificate. A massage received by dhfl (Thank you for contacting dhfl. Kindly note that you will receive a service call from[protected] within 3 working days to complete your foreclosure process. Please attend to this call for further processing of your request. Regards, dhfl) i received a call by given number but when i put up the call, call was disconnected without any conversation after this i call to given number but call did not connected. I asked to dhfl customer care for my foreclosure certificate than replied by customer care officer that you did not received verification call so your force closer certificate will be issued on 28/11/2018. The bank where i applied for home loan is asking for foreclosure up to 30/11/2018 to disbursement my loan amount. I am mentally and financially harassed by dhfl bank.
              Please issue me forcecloser certificate up to 30/11/2018. My account statement is attached.

                Sir dhfl manager call me for top-up of home loan, loan code 00001008, but they didn't give me, but cutting my money from CHQ no 350570-rs2950/- please help me to get the money.

                  waiting of 21 working days for getting the original documents of property

                  currently i done a Balance Transfer (BT) to other bank
                  So i am completed with the clearance of prepayment and paid the last EMI.

                  But as per the DHFL procedure, i have to wait 21 WORKING DAYS to collect the Original Documents of Property.This is really annoying

                  I paid total amount which i took as a loan from DHFL,...

                  I prashant kumar das applied for home loan in dhfl. Through agent ram prakash oberai. At the time initial login fee cheque 5900 ars in favour of dhfl taken bydhfl. After few days my agent informed me the my loan application get sanction by dhfl. Than i n my wife (As take co-borrower) signed loan agreement and paid the balance processing fee rs 23214 rs through cheqe on 15 september 2018. I complete all basic requirment which is demanding by dhfl like 1) security cehque
                  .2) ecs format.
                  After that dhfl bhilai branch provide the image copy of loan cheque rs 27 lacks dated 31/08/2018 cheque no218847, finacle chq no[protected]. And they told me through this cheque u can make a registry of proposed purchase property. Through this cheque i made registry of property through u r cheque no. And submit the orignal sale deed in your branch. After the submission the title deed i demand for issue the original chq. Becaus my seller pressurize me for payment. But your agent ram oberai and dhfl bhilai branch manager mr abhishek and mr navin bhomik not provide the original chq to me. I follow them many time (From last 50 days) but they didnt issue chq. Now situation is very worst.
                  Without any prior information and before disbursement dhfl branch debit 28910 rs and 681 rs on 6 september 2018 through my security chq.10251, chq no10252.

                  . Now the situation very critical. Dhfl branch present the emi chq in my bank account. And your collection executive call me to make payment of my loan emi.
                  I m suffering from economical and mental tension and dhfl collection department pressurize me to pay the emi of which loan i m not avail,.

                    This is in reference to the home loan code 905, i would like inform you that last disbursement date of the loan was 31.01.2015 and the cheque handed over on 05.02.2018 to the seller. The emi amount of rs. 32121/- was deducted on 11.02.2018 (Just 6 day after). It seems that the emi amount was deducted in advance. I have sold the property on 06.07.2018, however an advance emi with some additional amount was charged during settlement. Dhfl raised a foreclosure amount of rs. 1495505/-, however outstanding amount on july’18 was rs. 1476765/- (I. E. Opening balance).

                    I contacted over telephone and mails regarding clarification of these charges, but did not get any response from dhfl.

                    Dhfl is requested to re-calculate the loan amount settlement and furnish the details of amount charged by dhfl.

                      The loan transfer has been done successfully and i have submitted all the original documents of the
                      Property to dhfl vadodara branch

                      I am waiting on the topup balance disbursement amount of 2, 50, 000/-

                      The main purpose of going for homeloan transfer for the topup and now its been delayed for a long time.

                      I request you to please look into the matter and clear my balance disbursement.

                      I am in urgent need of the amount.

                      If not then please re calculate the amount of the insurance being forcefully taken against the loan sanctioned amount...
                      And also close the extra insurance policy number - dh[protected] which was forcefully asked to me to buy against the sanction of the loan process... I want refund of all the access insurance amount if my
                      Balance disbursement is not going to happen

                        I took a loan in June 2017 @8.7% and now within 1.5 years they keep on inreasing in every two months and now stands at 9.57%.
                        This is so ridiculous and i think i am trapped. Every other bank is still providing the home loan @8.5% how can they be not regulated?

                        My loan account is 00002310 and please tell if this can be reduced or else how to shift it to other bank.

                          The emi of my loan account no 00001244 is not debited for the month of november. Even there are two pdc cheques are still in deposit but the same is not debited even after my visit to delhi pitampura branch. They told me that the emi will be debited very soon but the same had not happened till date
                          Even after no lapse on my side, it affects my cibil and seems i had to bear over due charges also
                          It is great lapse on dhfl side kindly do needfull as early as possible

                            We have applied of pmay clss scheme benefit for my loan account 4033 taken from kanpur branch.

                            I also sent mail to [protected]@dhfl.com and got the reference no qrdis01743175 and qrdis01779352 by nodal officer.

                            Still i have no status of my application from dhfl. They saying that we are awaiting the response from department concerned. It have been more than 4 months but my application is not forwarded to nhb.

                            Kindly pursue the matter with dhfl pmay clss department and expedite the matter for deposit of subsidy in my loan account.

                                45 lakhs on 31st july they have charged rs 77318 as insurance till now the emi has not commenced processing fee they have charged 45380 on the 8100000 but sanctioned amt only 45 lakhs all r frauds as they dont respond for anything after the loan is sanctioned and they go on charging interest
                                Eventhought i have requested to start the emi as soon as possible

                                  I'm Ankit Vyas. co.oplicant of above mention loan account detail. I have taken loan from DHFL on dated 12, 03, 2009 by Rs. 320686 for 10 years. I got the welcome letter from DHFl with mention # of EMI details of interest, details of capital amount, etc...

                                  In that letter clear mention my last EMI will due on dated jan-2019 but as per my discussion with DHFl customer care company he confirmed my loans will close on dated September 2020 I/0 January 2019. Bcoz loan rate fluctuations of was happening.

                                  Dear all educated team here by I attached welcome letters which I received from DHFl. I will not ready to pay any more payment after January 2019. Bcoz I have never called andd not getting revised statement from dhfl.

                                  So, this is my writing declaration regards my loan. Same I will take legal process on that. I'm not responsible for paying EMI after my loan closing date of January 2019.

                                  If any change please send mail or call and give the details but I will not responsible for any additional amount after my loan closing date.

                                    I got my housing loan 00003980 sanctioned this year beginning from dhfl and dhfl has been deducting my emi every month without fail, but it's not reducing my outstanding principal amount.

                                    Moreover, the builder is not able to complete the house and it's still pending as the remaining payment is yet to be made by dhfl to the builder, which has been delayed by more than 3 months.

                                    Can you please explain why this amount was debited from my account without prior notice?

                                    I have been paying my PEMI every month even though your organization was not able to release the funds in time to developer which caused me a huge financial loss and burden.

                                    Moreover, yesterday (10-Dec-2018), PEMI amount of Rs. 16, 439 was paid and now without my knowledge you are misusing my old cheque for Rs.19596/- .

                                    This is not acceptable at all. I will make you guys pay for this malpractice.

                                      Worst service provided by dhfl. I took a home loan from dhfl and they have started my emi without disbursement, i paid 3 emi till date, but still the dd not handover to me, i did sale deed also as per confirmation by sales person of dhfl.
                                      I have all documents etc. Sanction letter, insurance document, sale deed.

                                      I really disappointed with this process.
