This is not going on because of this under writing resone

Physical copy not yet received, please download the application form and send us duly signed copy at the below given address along with the necessary document

I sent it dt 22.06.2019 and courier report is deliverer dt 24.6.2019 as per scan copy attached

Next is date of birth issue, as per old pan it is the same.

Kindly look into the matter and do needful.

If it is not possible give me my rs. 499/- refund.

    I was due for a meter reading today and as always unlocked my back gate for easy access for the reader. I opened the gate early morning when he shows.
    When the reader didn't show by noon i locked the gate.
    Shortly thereafter i heard a lot of noise and my dog barking - when i went to check i found the gate wide open and the latch and all components ripped off
    And leaving me with unsecure gate. I live in the villa alegre compound in santa fe at #138. It is very important to have this gate locked at all times for security.
    The reader knew i was home and could have knocked on the window or the door and i would have let him in - he didn't have to such damage.
    Does he have an anger problem???

      Pnm cheated me on feb 2015.

      I got call from prem bajaj and he is working with pnm services.
      He gives me offer of personal loan from 7%. He told me you please deposit 15k of our account after that they process my personal loan. Same i will deposite 15k in pmn account. After that they give sheha's no. She working in bajaj finance and my file is handed over to sneha. Also they told me you please discus with sneha she will transfer the loan amount. I will wait for two more days and follow up with sneha but she not answer properly. After that i will visit of pnm office but the office is already closed.

          my name is abdeali mukadam . i have been cheated by your company .by mr .maddan, mr, imran, mr suryakant pradhan miss nisha, miss, renu all this people had been talking to me on behalf.pnm services telling me that we are giving loan without intrest so i agreed to take they had told me that your loan will be pass in 10 to 15 days i had agree to take a loan of rs 5 lakh .they had told me that i have to repay in 10 year by 50 thousand every year its was loan against policy from p.n metlife. Ihave to pay rs 50000 thousand first to take policy .i paid that after that. i has to pay vat tax 50000 after that they told me to pay for agent code i have paid after that they told me to pay for ftc code i have paid 25000 all had been vanish all of your member had cheated me there no are out of order no i have the recording of all person and receipt of cheg with me

            Dear Sir/Madam,

            Fraud against loan PNM Services Pvt. Ltd they said they are calling from PNB Metlife and they are offering a personal loan @6%interest rate. They asked me to submit the documents and asked me to deposit Rs 25000/- for PNB Metlife Life Insurance. Dot: 03 Feb'2015 Samir Malhotra is saying he is calling from PNB. Samir Malhotra send message to me that please send me your all documents on [protected]@gmail.com, like 3 month bank statement, 3 Months, Form-16, Voter ID, Cancelled Cheque, PAN Card, Photo, HDFC Bank A/c details etc. When I send mention the documents in soft copy on mention email id[[protected]@gmail.com] on dated 05-Feb'2015 . After 03 days, I got call from Samir on dated 09-Feb'2015, He was saying. I have forwarded your loan application file to verification department and may be after 1-2 hours you get a call from verification department. There after, I got a call from verification departement of PNB Ritesh Desai was online for verification and said your loan has been approved. I said to him provide all the relevant documents or agreement for the PNB loan. He was saying. I told to samir. He will send loan approval no. I got call of samir and was saying, you have to deposit of Rs.25, 000/- in the account of M/s PNM Services Pvt.Ltd (HDFC Current A/c No:-"[protected], IFSC:-HDFC0001564).There after, we will provide scan copy for all the documents like agreement and bonds also will courier to you for the further process. After half and hour, I got a massage for that side, Your request for loan in PNB has been Proceed Successfully and after that send message to me “your Loan Approval No is DLPB0079260T. Please Proceed your next process.
            Regards Ritesh (PNB) (cont-[protected]”.Dated:- 09-Feb'2015 Time:01:16 PM). After an Half, I got another SMS from cont-[protected]] At 02:14 PM. I again got call form (4-5 times that day) and he told to me that please deposit your amount of Rs.25000/- in this current a/c “PNM Services Pvt. Ltd., (HDFC Current A/c No:-"[protected], IFSC:-HDFC0001564) for PNB Metlife Life Insurance. I deposited the amount of Rs.25, 000/- in HDFC Current A/c No:-"[protected], IFSC:-HDFC0001564 on dated:-10 Feb'2015, Tuesday in DLF Cyber CIty Branch, Phase-II, Gurgaon-122002 (HR) and the amount successfully received in PNM Services Pvt. Ltd., (HDFC Current A/c No:-"[protected], IFSC:-HDFC0001564) this confirmation done by Mr. Ritesh Desai in the evening on the same day.There after Mr. Ritesh said will trying my best to transfer loan amount as soon as possible in your HDFC Bank A/c. Next day, I got call of Mr.Ritesh Desai.was saying provide pan card copy, cause, it is not coming clear or you have also mention on it Only For PNB Loan. I send 04-05 times pan card to him for the loan. But, Monday (16-Feb'2015), Mr. Ritesh called me and said, You will receive a call in 1-2 hours from PNB verification department for account confirmation and your loan amount will transfer by EOD on the same. I got call of Ms.Neha Sinha, she confirmed my account details and said you have to pay 39, 990 in our HDFC Current A/c No:-"[protected], IFSC:-HDFC0001564.
            I said why then she replied your FTC (Fund Transfer Code) is not activated. So, first of all you have to activate your FTC (Fund Transfer Code) of transfer your loan amount in your HDFC A/c. After that, Mr. Ritesh called me and said to me deposit amount of Rs.39, 990/- in M/s PNM Services Pvt.Ltd. (HDFC Current A/c No:-"[protected], IFSC:-HDFC0001564). I asked where is my receipt of Rs.25, 000/- and scan copy of agreement, bond paper or my insurance paper. He said will provide to you after deposit your amount of Rs.39, 990/- by 4-5 hours. I was not satisfied and said, if, your are not provide. Then, I will take legal action against your company and also asked to suggest for alternate option for the same process.There after, I provided another bank account detail (SBI Cancelled cheque). Tuseday (Next Day, On Date:-17-Feb'2015), I again called to him, But after a long time, He picked my call and said, I have checked your account details and update and send it to PNB loan verification departement.Mr.Ritesh also Said, you will receive a call in 1-2 hours from PNB verification department for account confirmation (for SBI A/c) and your loan amount will transfer by EOD . I got call of Ms.Neha Sinha, she confirmed my account details and again said to me, you have to pay 14, 990/- in our HDFC Current A/c No:-"[protected], IFSC:-HDFC0001564.

I again asked where is my receipt of Rs.25, 000/- and scan copy of agreement, bond paper or my insurance paper. He again said will provide to you after deposit your amount of Rs.14, 990/- by 4-5 hours. I was not satisfied and said to him. I am not interested in the loan, please refund my deposited amount of Rs.25, 000/-.
            Please refund my amount in my A/c. I don't want your any policy then he told me what’s happened Sir. Then I reply now I don’t want any policy so please refund it. and Mr. Ritesh Desai already told me to that if you don’t want any policy then this amount will be refund with in 7 days. I also called to customer care of M/s PNM Services Pvt.Ltd., on dated 16-Feb'2015 (Monday). Where, I narrate a fraud to Mr. Anup. He said will check (Verify) and let you know by tomorrow (17-Feb'2015). Today, I also called to him, He said to me sir, We have received your deposit amount and I Said to him please refund my deposited amount. Mr.Anup said, we cannot pay immediate your deposit amount Rs.25, 000/- . Your amount has been confirmed for Holiday Package. You can avail it. I said am not interested in this package. Please refund my amount. Then, He replied, your amount will be refunded after 03 years. Before, That, we cannot able to refund you. But, I have paid for Policy against Loan. ” I said I am not interested in your Holiday package, If you are going to mislead me with my payment & your commitment then I will go through legal process over it” then he said” If you think you can get your money back with legal process, you go ahead it a Company you can’t do anything against this company, Why have you paid PNM SERVICES PVT LTD ?” I said” I am not going to take your holiday package, bcoz I have not paid for Holiday package, If you don’t deal with Life insurance policy then return my money. I have checked in google and asked to friends about PNM Services Pvt.Ltd. Find out this is fraud company.
            I humbly request you to kindly help me out on the same. I will be waiting for your reply on the same. Person who collected documents and Fund received confirmation: - Samir, [protected]. 1.As proof i have recorded the conversation between me and Mr. Ritesh Desai, Mr. K S Mehra & verification call also deposit slip of Rs.25, 000/-.
            Kindly help us to provide my refund amount also take legal action against M/s PNM Services Pvt.Ltd. and his employees Mr.Samir Malhotra, Mr.Ritesh Desai, Mr. K.S Mehra, Mr.Anup, Ms.Rashmi and Ms.Neha Sinha...

              hi i got a call from rajive sharma; rohit, chouhan ayushman sahgal, rohit gupta and lots of person that we r calling from bajaj finserv and we give a lone from pnm service and we have a tie up with bajaj and u have to pay 20000 rs to us and next 72 hours u will got money and now i folow up last one month there is no one who is responsible for this this company is thief or what i don't understand what to do my no. is [protected] and my name is chandra shekhar from gurgaon and my mail ID is [protected]@gmail.com

                Fraud against loan PNM Services Pvt. Ltd they said they are calling from Pnb metlife and they are offering a personal loan @6%interestrate. They asked me to submit the documents and asked me to deposit Rs 15000/- for PNB Metlife Life Insurance. Dt: 12 Jan 2014 Samir Malhotra is saying he is calling from PNB. Samir Malhotra send message to me that please send me your all documents on [protected]@gmail.com, like 3 month bank statement, 3 month salary slip, voter id, PAN Card, Photo, SBI A/c Details Also. Dt: 12 Jan 2014 When I send mention documents in soft copy on mention email id[[protected]@gmail.com] . After 1 day I got call from Samir he is saying that your request for loan in PNB has been Proceed Successfully. And after that send message to me “your Loan Approval No is DLPB0004601J43K please Procced your next process as soon as possible Thank&Regards Samir(PNB) cont-[protected]”.[dt 13-jan-2015 Time:01:03 PM from Mobile no . [protected]] At02:32 PM. I again received Massage and call and now he told to me that please deposit your amount[15000/-] in this current a/c “PNM Services Pvt. Ltd., SBI A/c: [protected], ifsc-sbin0060420, branch-punjabi bagh - Thank&Regards Samir(PNB)”. For PNB Metlife Life Insurance. After that I deposit the amount in mention sbi a/c and the amount successfully received in PNM Services Pvt. Ltd., SBI A/c : [protected] this confirmation done by Mr. Samir. In evening I check in Google then I found PNM Services Pvt. Ltd is a Fraud Company. Next day dt 14-jan-2015 in morning I call to Mr. Samir and told to please refund my amount in my A/c. I dnt want your any policy then he told me what’s happened . Then I reply now I don’t want any policy so please refund it. and Samir already told me to that if you don’t want any policy then this amount will be refund with in 7 days. Dt 15-jan-2015 Samir told to me your call is forwarding to refund department .and then Mr. Ritesh verified to me like name, address, deposit amt . and then Talk to One More new person Mr. K S Mahera. And K S Mahera told me to sir one little bit process is left it as just our agent call for our product just for product marketing and it mandatory then I reply ok I will done it. Dt 16-jan-2015 Nextday I talk to K S Mahera bcoz I didn’t found any call and then he reply to me just wait u will received with in same day and after that PNM Services Pvt. Ltd refund your amt with in 30 mins. In afternoon I received call from agent he is saying that you have paid 15000 in PNM Services Pvt. Ltd for Holiday Package and you purchase holiday package .then I reply to him I have not paid for Holiday package, I have paid for Policy against Loan . If you don’t deal with Life insurance policy then return my money. Then he replies PNM SERVICES PVT LTD is not deal with any Policy or Loan. Why have you paid PNM SERVICES PVT LTD. then he cut my call. I call to again K S Mahera then he told to me “Why are you not giving your verification details on call” I said I am not interested in your Holiday package, If you are going to mislead me with my payment & your commitment then I will go through legal process over it” then he said” If you think you can get your money back with legal process, you go ahead it a Company you can’t do anything against this company, Why have you paid PNM SERVICES PVT LTD ?” I said” I am not going to take your holiday package, bcoz I have not paid for Holiday package, If you don’t deal with Life insurance policy then return my money . Next day on 17-jan-2015 I again call to Samir for refund amt then he also told to me the same as per K S Mahera mention words. And he cut my call. And still I didn’t received my money. And Mr. Samir Malhotra and Mr. K S Mahera told to me he is calling from PNB. I received all calls from [protected], [protected], Mr. K S Mahera No. [protected]. I humbly request you to kindly help me out on the same. I will be waiting for your reply on the same.                     HI. i am prahlad kumar living in ekta nagar charkop area (mumbai) ..my complaint as about PNM services they cheated on me and now mr.nitin saying we will not refund file FIR or court case anything ..
                    In details:-
                    around 1 month back i got call from no ([protected]) she told me her name nisha goyal she said she is calling from PNB metlife insurence and they have one time investment plan of rs 30000/- and they are giving this plan as promotional offer in 25000/- rs only, according to this plan i will get some benifit like :-
                    1:- i will get 932/- rs month after one year,
                    2:- its value is 30000/- i am getting it in 25000/-.only .
                    3:- health insurance for 5 person in family for 5 years .
                    I agreed and purchased that policy and i gave 25000/- cheque (NO[protected] and amount was debited from my bank account on 21.07.2014 .
                    After few days mr amit saxena called me [protected] up many time regarding confirmation of name, address and nominee name etc..and he said when i purchase that policy that time thay had an offer of holidays package that is being given free with your policy and he told me that i'll get a call from PNM holidays package please receive and take that holiday package free of cost with your policy plan, i agree and confirmed the details and he told me I’ll get all documents related to PNB METLIFE policy and HOLIDAY PACKAGE in 10-12 days, now after around a month i got a call from ms.ritu sharma no-[protected] on 18.08.2014 she told me that she is calling from GBIC and my PNB METLIFE policy is pending and they sold me a holiday package instead of any PNB metlife policy and i'll have to pay 15000/- more to clear the pending policy or i'll not get any refund if i refuse to pay ...
                    When i tried to contact the Mr. amit saxena, nisha goyal and on other phone no. i got call earlier regarding the policy all phone no. is out of reach or no one picking ...so please u are requested to look in to this matter and solve this asap .

                      i got a call from sri ram finance.As he told me Sonu Mishra / Rakesh Malhotra / Nihalika / Saniya and they have stated me that they are associated with PNM services and asked for loan approval from sri ram finance . i have also paid Rs 20, 000 cheque (ch.no. 664746 dated 17.08.2014 HDFC Bank) for the same process and my cheque credited in PNM service account. Now after all this they now they started asking for loan dispatchment an ECS code for approval of file processing and they asked me for deposit again 25000 in PNM account in ICICI for generating fund transfer code. The name and numbers are: Rakesh Malhotra / Sonu Mishra:[protected] Nihalika / saniya:[protected] [protected] [protected]
