    No reply has been received or information thereof for the restructuring request.

    This is an urgent request regarding loan numbers 00000098 and [protected], on repeated requests, bank visits, personal meetings no status update has been provided for the RBI Restructuring 2.0. Attaching the mail thread for your reference.

    As per RBI guidelines
    Resolution Framework 2.0 – Resolution of Covid-19 related stress of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs)
    given at

    (vi) The restructuring of the borrower account is invoked by September 30, 2021. For this purpose, the restructuring shall be treated as invoked when the lending institution and the borrower agree to proceed with the efforts towards finalising a restructuring plan to be implemented in respect of such borrower. The decisions on applications received by the lending institutions from their customers for invoking restructuring under this facility shall be communicated in writing to the applicant by the lending institutions within 30 days of receipt of such applications. The decision to invoke the restructuring under this facility shall be taken by each lending institution having exposure to a borrower independent of invocation decisions taken by other lending institutions, if any, having exposure to the same borrower.
    (vii) The restructuring of the borrower account is implemented within 90 days from the date of invocation.

    The decision to grant/reject the dispensation shall be communicated in writing to borrowers within 30 days from receipt of application.
    Grievance,
    As application was made on 20th, September and 25th, September 2021 [ before the advertised deadline ]. No communication was received which is a mandatory condition as per the RBI guidelines. Kindly let us know what is causing this significant delay.

    According to the credit department of Mr. Laxman Vishwakarma, since DHL has been taken over by Piramal (which itself is an NBFC) there is no resolution plan. I have been harassed repeatedly by asking for only one due to EMI and falsely promised if paid Restructuring 2.0 will be done. On request to meet the manager in charge, request denied. I am ready to pay that due EMI also if assurance is given.

    90 days deadline ends on 25th December 2021. I have suffered great losses both in life and business. Yet not even a day's delay has been done since February 2021. I have produced GST returns, Hospital Bills, Death Certificates of my brother ( family solely dependent ). This has caused grave anxiety
    I have enquired from customer care, visited the bank, met in person with executives but replies are not sufficient.

    We have made the restructuring request by first visiting the bank on 20th September 2021 and submitting all the required documents in physical format to Pawan Pandey ( pawan.[protected]@dhfl.com) and a Physical inspection was completed by Ankush Garg (ankush.[protected]@dhfl.com) on 25th/September/2021.

    Restructuring application numbers: 00997512 and 01449436.

    Kindly grant the required relief. Otherwise, I might have to approach the consumer forum/court for this matter as per denial of service.

      This is in regards to loan account number mentioned below .

      LOAN APPLICATION NUMBER : 00677237

      I had opted for Loan Moratorium via the SMS request received to me and as well sent mail & spoke to customer care on April 2022 . However on April 2020 I got a call stating please pay the EMI as they wont be able to deposit cheque due to nationawide lockdown. When informed them about the moratorium application done by me, it was said you can pay for current month EMI if possible (April 2020) and for rest month you can opt for moratorium .
      Note : March 2020 EMI was already deducted before moratorium announcement by RBI .

      As a good gesture I paid my April 2020 EMI via the link share to me, and informed bank that for May 2020 I wont be able to pay the EMI and would be taking forcing moratorium .
      I got an mail from DHFL, stating for May 2020 it would be deemed moratorium if not paid and was agreed. PFA mail reference and response from bank.

      However when I visited bank branch this month I got to know the moratorium is not applied on my Loan ref and the penalty charges are been levied on me .

      Branch Collection manager is not giving proper reply for this case and nor from customer care I am getting any proper reply.
      And daily getting calls from bank to pay EMI during moratorium month.(may 2020 & June 2020)

        We are here to protect consumers interest and guide consumers, attend consumer complaints about variou issues.
        We have received complaint from onr customer Mr. Santosh Tambe about nonclosure of Housing loan taken from DHFL.
        Letter addressed to MGP is enclosed for your reference.
        Kindly go through complaint inform total amount of housing loan taken, amount repaid .Inform amount to be paid if any .
        If all due amount is paid close housing loan immediately and issue 'NO DUES CERTIFICATE' to loanee

        Pl do the needful and refrain from doing incorrect practices, which harm the interest of sincere consumers.

          I have been following up with DHFL and PFSS officials for more than 3 months but they have not given a clear answer why its taking so long to return my property documents. I have written several complaints to [protected]@dhfl.com and spoken to people in PFSS, however, I have not received a satisfactory response, forget about the documents.

          I have spent more than 200 Euros to prepare a power of attorney to my mother to receive the documents since I live abroad and have made numerous calls and follow ups but no proper response is given.

          I need to register property with these documents and came to India to November to settle the matter and register my property but this went in vain. I wasted 1.5 lacs rupees in travelling and flight costs.

          I request you to please help in this matter and get my documents from DHFL and PFSS people.

            My husband has expired on 11/10/2020 and my family income is affected by covid pandemic. We requested for moratorium for the loan. Regarding to this we sent two letters to DHFL but till date we got no response from them. When we asked for the same, they said that there is no provision for giving reply to such letters. Since that we are harassed by the officials of DHFL.
            I have attached the letters we sent to DHFL and some received letters.

              My father took a plot loan from dhfl bank April2016 after that my father expired in March2020 and my father also taken insurance of loan so after my father demise insurance company paid all amount of left loan in january2021.After that dhfl bank manager said you have to pay 1 lakh more then I will give you yours papers which is totally wrong Its my kind request to you that please help me and give order to Dhfl bank to return my registry of my plot and Noc of loan.My father name is Late.                   My Loan No[protected] Dehradun Branch in the name of SANJAY RANA Disbursement Date 28/02/2018 of Rs. 2588639/- for 25 Yrs . I have submitted Documents for (PMY) for reducing my Interest rate . but interest rate increase from 8.70% to 9.92% . I have pay EMI since last 3 years but now my outstanding amount showing Rs.2623459/- and tenure also increase to 27 yrs 11 m. i had called many times in customer care regarding this matter but no response from their side. i want to know why my interest rate & tenure increase drastically . other NHB registered companies also work in our city and they provide loans only on 6.60% .                       My loan was disbursed in March 2016. My father was the first applicant and I was co-applicant. Our joint family income that time was 4.63 lakhs (As per DHFL records as well). That should place me in the LIG category, but DHFL has placed me in the MIG category (annual income above 6 lakhs) and are denying to submit my application for PMAY subsidy because for MIG category loans disbursed in that period are not eligible. Tried contacting their office, they asked to contact support, have been trying to get this sorted out with their support for more than a year now, always getting generic responses from them. No help whatsoever.

                      No use at all, their support keeps saying the same ###, dates for mig are this this. I keep telling i should be in the lig category and hence am within the eligible date range, but their generic response is always the same. the government's complaint portal is also the same, no use. They just keep giving the same generic response again and again. Is there no way to stop these guys from doing their own thing even if it is wrong?
                      This portal is useless as well. They just let the company know that a complaint was received and their job is done. Nothing after that. Whether complaint was properly resolved or not, these guys have nothing to do with it

                          This is Santosh Patil, i have taken loan from DHFL Sangli MH, branch. my Application no. 01908506 and loan code 00000698.
                          i have taken Home loan of amount Rs.47, 20, 116/- in Oct'2018. but till now DHFL has not processed my documents for Pradhan Mantri Aawas Yojana. on email request, even after 03 years, getting repeated reply that "we would require some more time to process your service request" also DHFL is charging interest on that amount @ rate of 9.55%
                          Apart from that, currently other banks are offering interest on home loan @ rate 6.8% and even loan under variable rate of interest (VRI).
                          secondly my loan month were 240 (i.e for 20 years) but now got payment schedule showing months more than 270 months.
                          kindly help me to get rid of this trap.

                              I am a senior citizen and invested my hard earned money of 3.5 lakh in DHFL based on crisil report and rating.

                              Now they have only refunded 1.6 lakh .

                              As per the resolution, I should get 2 lakh full payment and 43 percent on 1.5 Lakh .

                              I have written to Catalyst team too but haven't got any satisfactory reply .

                              This is looting against senior citizens hard earned money and Piramal group is equally responsible for this .

                                I am unmarried women aged 54 staying with my brother age 65 and old age mother 90 year, I had fd with your company from 28th oct 2016 for Rs.150000/- and my maturity amount in 28th oct 2019 is 2, 00, 557/-.

                                I had keep my amount due to faith trust in your company and CRICIL RATING AAA in women's category.
                                From oct 2019 till date financial problem arise but Piramal Capital purchase all in news but not under written to us while E Voting time there is nothing mentioned for % distribution to all holders they gave promised full amount plus 10% excess, both company earning crores amount profit then why cutting in our fd amount, at this age where I go to earn such a big amount which is hard earned savings for me. I am patient of Rhumatoid Arthritis so required for medical expenses daily. My humble request and pray to both company owner and there related staff and Govt of India prime minister and finance minister kindly release my fd amount fully with interest as soon as possible.

                                  Dear Authorities,

                                  I'm writing to express my concern as I feel cheated by “Dewan Housing Finance Corporation” which is now a part of “Piramal Enterprises”. I'm a 63 years old widow women. I had worked all my life as a school teacher and accumulated some money which I had invested in a fixed deposit scheme with DHFL on 05th September, 2018. It was a sum of rupees five lakhs invested @ 9.10% annual return. I did not get any return from this fixed deposit as the company was declared insolvent and my hard earned money was blocked with them for over a period of three years. I went to their head branch office to file a claim under insolvency act almost two years ago. It is now, when I had received only a part of the payment i.e. INR 122500 out of my principal amount of INR 5lacs from DHFL on 29th September, 2021. When I called in the company office to know the status of the remaining amount, I was told that this is a final amount which was paid to the FD holders and I shouldn't expect anything more from the company. I was also told that the investors who had FD amount till INR 2lacs were given 100% money back and more than 2lacs were only given around 23% of their money back.

                                  I felt so broke and cheated. I had worked all my life to save this much of money and then invested them thinking that I will be securing my old age and future with this investment but I didn't know that this will eventually put me and my future in dark. I'm an old citizen, had paid taxes to the government all my life, got over with my responsibilities as a single parent for my children and now when I actually wanted to save something for me to safeguard my future this is how I end up losing my money.

                                  I'm writing to request your assistance to get my complete money back with interest which a sum of rupees (In words) six lakhs, forty-nine thousand, two hundred and ninety-seven, (In figure) INR 649297 so that I can secure my old age and live with dignity with whatever remaining time that I have.

                                    My father had taken FD in DHFL but they had refund only 23, % of principal amount out of 1 Lacs 9 Thousand they had refunded only 27122 Rs. And cheated with all India FD Holders. Piramal group also equally responsible as they had purchased this company.

                                      I have taken home loan from DHFL in 2012 and till date I am paying it regularly. But for last 3 years DHFL has become defaulter due to its promoters unfair practices and since then everybody is bothered about company investors and depositors that is fine but nobody is thinking about small individuals those have taken home loans from DHFL and paying home loan interest @ 11% and more for last 3 years where other banks are providing HL @6.75%. The problem is that all banks are not ready to transfer home loan of DHFL in their books.

                                      I don’t understand when this default case was placed in NCLT for resolution and got settled at around 35% by takeover company then why they are continuing high rate of interest to borrowers. Who are getting benefited by this high interest income for last 3 years?

                                      We as small borrowers are losing our money by paying interest almost double then other banks. On behalf of all such small borrowers I would like to request banking or any authority who looks after such queries, for reduction in home loan interest atleast near to existing market rates at the earliest.
