Myself Tushar Aragnur.we have taken loan from DHFL and its completed by last year.DHFL employee told us we come by 1month because they are shifting the branch from senapati Baptist road to bibwewadi.after that pandemic started.still we called them for documents they told due to Corona pandemic
Office is not open .now they are asking to pay fine of 8000/-Rs for documents collection .even we ask for reason for fine they are misguided us.

    Hi team,

    PMAY Is not credited to my account and when i write you say its forwarded to a team and no further response on that.
    You are charging a very high interest for me and when i am aaking for a reduction as I am effected by COVID Panademic you are saying you will not reduce ROI.
    SHOULD THE CUSTOMER DIE BY PAYING HIGH AMOUNTS.
    The whole coutry is looking at ways to survive and RBI asked you to help customers and you are not doing your bit.
    If I dont get a resolution I will escalate.

        My Sister by name Yaddanapudi jyothi has taken a plot loan in Guntur, andpradesh India and also had insurance against it, She got expired on 8-8-2020 . Insurance amount was released for around 9.37 lacs which went to he principal outstanding. Now the people at guntur branch still asking to pay about around 4 lacs for documents release, . the loan account number is 1401279 in guntur ap india. They are in pathetic condition and very poor people and could not bear to pay that amount. In this time of crisis they wish to borrow 50% of amt to get the documents please look into the issue and close the same to save them.

          Dear Concern,

          Today, I saw my 850 appx shares with price 128 appx delisted from my portfolio.
          SEBI should ask DHFL or Piramal Group to return some money or shares at list.
          It is hard earned money. There are so many people in India have invested in DHFL. Could you pls help to resolve the maater with positive response from DHFL / SEBI / Piramal Group.

            1) I am the daughter of the mum(Mrs Anjali Abhyankar) living in B-6 Shree Prabha Co-op Hsg Soc, Rajaji Path Cross Lane no 1, Dombivali (East) PIn: 421201
            2) Sadly we lost our fit dad to Covid on 11th July 2020 in the 1st wave which was sudden and mum was left on her own.
            3) With lockdown none o[censored]s could see her as she herself had tested positive
            4) She has been emotionally weakened due to this episode - a woman who has been the strongest in the family
            5) Recently last month the repairs work in flat above started causing leakage in her bedroom - she tried to talk to the lady Mrs.D'Souza alongside some supportive neighbours and the society secretary but the lady keeps saying once repairs done I will fix it and was irritated when she saw mum had other neighbours and secretary involved.
            6) Since Yesterday the leakage has spread to the kitchen, she is now restrained to the living room
            7) She suffers from severe hearing loss, being completely deaf in 1 ear and the 2nd ear having very very limited hearing capability
            8) I have created a whats app group today with the said flat owner Mrs Dsouza, neighbours and society secretary so we can get some urgent temporary solution amicably but the lady just responded saying my mum doesnt listen and left the whats app group
            9) I request the Deputy Registrar to urgently intervene in this matter to help a senior citizen left all alone in a totally hazardous situation.
            10) With covid scenario, i am sure police are very stressed out already so dont want to resort going there
            11) It is a very sad state that we are not able to help a senior citizen with a severe disability in these tough times. I request you to handle this with urgent attention

              Dear Sir/Madam,

              I have taken Home loan from DHFL, now I am paying interest rate of 9.87%, which is very higher in the current market.
              I tried to contact them multiple times to get my interest rate revised as my loan is on floating. Every time they are mentioning some reasons that I could not understand really being an ordinary person.

              Even in DHFL portal I see the interest rate 6%, but why it is not applicable to me. Also kindly note they increased my Home loan to 9.87% from around 8.65%, when the market was with high interest rates. Now the thing that I could not understand is why they dont decrease interest when they increase when required as per market.

              Could you please get this sorted out. Even for PMAY also they gave some lame reasons did not allow me to have it.

                    I have closed my dhfl loan .before I have applied for fore closure statement in the March .they have told me to come again after 15 days. After 15 days over I have taken statement . I was not able to close it that month. My emi date was 10th every month. In April 8th again approached the bank to close. They asked me to come after one week. My next emi is deducted on 10 april. On 17 th april I have closed the loan. The check amount is given by me is as per statement given in the march. I have paid april emi also, I expected the difference amount will be refunded. Instead they have managed the balance amount by showing different of charges and tallied . Each of rupee is to be accounted properly. Instead they cheating customers by different ways.

                    pre closure statement of march.
                    After one month emi deducted same amount is calculated for closure in the next month.

                      I am a Mumbai resident. I want to raise my voice and complain against DHFL ltd. for it's banking practices and the behaviour of its recovery agents which is causing me tremendous mental pressure and harrasment.
                      As every one is going through the hardest phase of our life during Pandemic due to Covid-19 so I am. I was working in the Gulf.

                      I have taken a loan of Rs.9 lacs from DHFL in Dec. 2015 and I have been re-paying my EMIs without fail untill before the Lockdown.

                      I have lost my job as international flights were banned since March 2020. Unwillingly I had to go with Moratorium of 6 months. Due to which the total no. Of EMIs have been increased from 300 to 374 even after paying about more than 60 EMIs, where these extra 74 EMIs are costing me around more than Rs.6.88 lacs. This is truly very shocking to me.

                      Harrasment by recovery agents:
                      In March 2021 EMI of Rs.9310/- dishonoured by the bank due to insufficient funds in bank account. Soon after DHFL has posted a notice on my unit and the recovery agents are continuously calling and talking in a very inappropriate manner. And threatening me for legal actions.
                      I promised them of paying my EMI on next due date but they aren't going to agree with that and kept on arguing with me very badly.
                      I request to whomsoever it is concerned to look in to my issue and guide me to resolve as soon as possible in a positive manner.

                      Why DHFL is charging such a higher rate of interst of 10.97 percent despite of RBI's cut rapo rate. Is DHFL free from RBI regulations?

                        I have taken Mortgage Loan in Feb 2014 at Variable Rate of Interest 14.15% for 15 Years having Loan Code No. 1048. Till Feb 2021 I have paid total 81 EMI out of total 180 EMI. Balance EMI should be of 99 month (EMI) but in DHFL system they are showing 128 Month (EMI), difference of 29 EMI. Last month in Feb 21 I have visited DHFL Dahisar Branch for enquiry and they are saying that due to Increase in rate of Interest your EMI Month has increased. My current rate of Interest is 15.17%. Neither I have received any Message nor any email for increase in ROI from DHFL.
                        Since 2014 RBI has reduced the REPO rate by 4% then how come DHFL rate of interest is increasing. If things remain same no one will be able to close there Loan Lifetime. I have taken the Loan of Rs.13 Lac. Out of which I have already paid Rs.14.46 Lac & Still they are asking me to pay Rs.22.85 Lac. Continuously they are harrassing the customer.
                        I request you to please Reduce my Rate of Interest so that i can clear my Loan asap.

                          I've already sold my the mortgaged property. Now, to process the loan closure I obtained the List of Documents from DHFL. There, I found that my "Agreement for Sale" registered and dated 30th Jan 1995 at Panvel registrar is missing in LOD. Neither it was digitally stored in DHFL records nor it was physically made available. It's missing.

                          I visited my home branch at Panvel and informed that it would take around 25 days to update the LOD. Then I personally visited the DHFL Thane branch to process it faster. There also I was told that it will take 25 days just to update the LOD. After that, it will take 25 days more to obtain the original docket after closing the loan.

                          As I mentioned, I've already sold the property and now need to process the foreclosure. I can not do it until my LOD is correct. For the above-mentioned process of 50 days, DHFL will continue fetching the EMI from my account.

                          I would request you to intervene and assist to get it done faster. I've been following up on this with DHFL for over 25 days.
                          I generated my Case-ID for the above mentioned. The details are mentioned below for your ready reference.

                            On 29th Decmber one of recovery agent came to our house from DHFL but he did not wear identity card we asked him to show id card but he started misbehaving with us. We did not told him that we are not going to pay backlog but due to this pandemic situation we were not able to pay the emi and in my family we all lost our job so we decided to pay emi from provident funds money for the same we requested him to give some time to pay the overdue but he was not listening and he started doing the argument. He also said that (Ghar me jo chize hai wo bech ke loan bharo).in short he misquoted.after that he stick 1 notice on door for only 29000 after that he also write with permanent marker on our whole door which is not be able to rough we have video and photograph for the same. we never kept any dues of our emi due to but pendamic we got hopeless. Now we are ready to pay dues but what should we do he gave us 1 more expense of colourling the door

                                  I had a home loan from DHFL Haridwar Uttarakhand now loan was shifted to HDFC Bank. My Home Loan amount was 12 Lakhs but the Statement provided by DHFL was Approx 1393316.
                                  As per dhfl representative, 193316 is your insurance cover which was handled by CholaMS.
                                  I have contacted Chola MS and after that they have been refunded 11688 rupees only.

                                  so i have a request to you please check and clarify to me how to get my money back.

                                    I have taken loan from DHFL on 1st April 2017 and i have paid the EMI up to date about 47 EMI's. When i have asked them to share the repayment schedule, i am surprised to see that the EMI calculation is made for 227 months instead of 180 months, which i have taken loan for 15 years. When i have written to them, from branch to corporate office and the CEO. They are not giving the proper answer rather they are asking me to visit the branch office to explain the EMI schedule.

                                    Please help me in fixing my EMI schedule. Also, i am doubting the entire dhfl system that, may be all other customer might be undergoing the same issue. Kindly look in to the same.

                                    Secondly, I have taken loan with variable rate of interest, DHFL has increased the EMI amount when the REPO rate was increased by RBI, but DHFL has not revised the EMI amount when the RBI has reduced drastically the REPO rate due to COVID-19 situation.(Attached the statement screenshot for your reference). Please help me with reduction in the EMI with effect from RBI notification in reduction in REPO rate.

                                      From last more than one and half year my home loan has interest rate as 10.42% which is too high as compare to any other banks. DHFL is not reducing rate of interest even after it is reduced by other banks in corona pandemic.                                         My Name is Yogesh Jagtap. I had a very worst experience with DHFL. So here is my story.

                                        I won a lottery for home in mhada, in Nasik. So I applied for loan in DHFL. The guy of DHFL named Umesh Dhamke came home in the starting of September to take signatures of both my and my wife and he told that your loan will get sanctioned in 15-20 days. In these period he asked me for some documents and I gave him all the documents he need for the Loan. After some days I called him so many times to ask whether there is any progress in my file. He continued saying that don't worry it will get sanctioned.
                                        In November ending the loan got sanctioned and the guy told me that I am at notice period so before leaving i have to complete your file before 9th December. So I completed the process of notary and all including NOI. Till now I had spent around rs. 15000. After this process the guy left DHFL and the file to another girl named Rekha Torvi.
                                        In December she said that your sanction has expired and I will have to place your file for Re-sanction. So she asked me to provide my salary slip and Bank Statement and Told that it will take hardly 8 days to Re-sanction and I will call you after it gets Sanctioned. She didn't called me. After 15 days I called her and asked about the same. She said that I have transferred your file to another guy Named Roshan and asked me call him and told that don't call me for the same again and again. So I called the guy he said that I hadn't received your documents. When it receives i will call back you. He didn't called i called him after a week and he said that your file has went to Re-Sanction. I will call you after it gets Sanctioned. I waited for some days but I didn't got a proper response from them. I got frustrated and in this frustration I cancelled the loan and also my mhada lottery.
