Till date loan taken from dhfl interest rate at floating term newer gone down and but gone always up. My account number is 00006518. Second all branches are closed where a customer can go.

I have taken multiple loans vide LC No. COK00421 and COK30839 with DHFL which I wish to close. When checked with Kochi branch to know about principle outstanding, i was asked to pay a fee of 595/- per account towards foreclosure charges.

This is against consumer interest as hard earned money has to be paid towards such unjustified charges for closing the accounts.

Kindly do the needful.

I have been writing to DHFL for their misbehavior and unprofessional response on to my top -up, my loan account number [protected].

I have written end numbers of email and on my all emails to DFHFL where I have clearly mentioned seeking a resolution on my loan account from DHFL team.

I have asked for the my loan agreement with DHFL where they can change the tenure of my loan apart from the interest rates

I have been trying to seek clarifications from DHFL how they have change my top up loan tenure from 15 years to 34 years where the interest is showing an amount of Rs. 25 lakhs against loan of Rs. 6.5 lakhs. In which way it is legitimate to charge so much of interest for a loan of Rs. 6.5 lakhs, more over it was not a house loan.

I have also realized even after paying for last 9 years and not a single rupees of principle has come down but where in it has been increased post monoturium. I can very well agree the interest can increase but not the principle amount for sure. This is so unethical practice and irrulagarlties in banking practice by a NBFC.

This is an harassment for a consumer like me and many others and also I feel its an act of cheating to its consumer by taking undue advantage.

So, I hereby request urgent resolution on the same ASAP or I am taking this further to the consumer court also by accumulating all our unsatisfied consumer similar to me who has taken loan from DHFL facing same issue.

My Sister by name Yaddanapudi jyothi has taken a plot loan in Guntur, andpradesh India and also had insurance against it, She got expired on 8-8-2020 . Insurance amount was released for around 9.37 lacs which went to he principal outstanding. Now the people at guntur branch still asking to pay about around 4 lacs for documents release, . the loan account number is 1401279 in guntur ap india. They are in pathetic condition and very poor people and could not bear to pay that amount. In this time of crisis they wish to borrow 50% of amt to get the documents please look into the issue and close the same to save them.

I want to close my loan with DHFL but they are not responding on mails, they are xharging very high rate of intrest. How and whom to contact is really a mistry with fraud compqny like dhfl, they donot hqve any grivence cell, they mentioned to mail on ids like [protected]@dhfl.com and [protected]@dhfl.com but nobody responding on mail.
I am paying higher interst rate because of no action from dhfl on the same. Must say they are frqud like anything, why govt allow and give licence to these compqnies is really a surprise.

I want to close loan but dhfl is more intrested to take higher intrest from customer.

Possession notice issued without considering objections made by me

I have complaint against dhfl. I submitted my supported documents which my company issued. I cannot able to pay my EMI last 2 months September and October. Recovery team calls continues and send me email i[censored] can't pay your civil score affect and we start to take legal action and post notice on your door. Please suggest what can I do.

We have attached relevant documents for the repayment of Loan. DHFL is forcefully putting the unethical condition of foreclosure charges on us inspite of we have received the waiver . We request you to take our complain on SOS basis.

I've shifted my home loan from DHFL to Bank of Maharashtra(BOM). DHFL gave foreclosure and BOM did all the process, transferred amount to DHFL. Now DHFL demanding 3000 rupees as processing fees and not transferring documents. They have already charged for documents and added in loan(pre payment) paid by BOM. My loan is on pending.

Greetings of the day!!

I am Yugender reddy from Hyderabad location. I had taken home loan from DHFL in the year 2017. I opted for variable interest option & they are keep on increasing interest every six months. Initial interest was 9.35% but now it rose upto 10.75% but I did not bothered about it. Once I asked to reduce it but they said it's not possible as I haven not completed much tenure. This is my Initial complaint I have with DHFL.

In the year 2019 march month I got a SMS saying that I received a subsidy of Rs.2, 15, 000 on my home loan. Then after I immediately went to DHFL Ameerpet branch and enquired about it. They verified details in the system and told me that I got Rs.2, 15, 000 subsidy on my loan. So my total outstanding was reduced and it effected my EMI also. Earlier I used to pay EMI of rs.11, 000 but after subsidy I am paying only rs.9, 000.

Apart from getting subsidy, I paid 4, 50, 000 as part payment two times. Now my current outstanding is showing as Rs. 4, 89, 177/-as on 5th Oct-2020. On 4th october I had visited to DHFL Ameerpet office to collect my foreclosure letter, on that day one person said that " There is road deviation to my apartment so the subsidy which I got in 2019 is getting added to my outstanding amount". Then I got shocked and asked him why? he is saying Audit is happening, mail was sent to their HO to check the exact thing about subsidy amount.

I was angry on him and told that I got this subsidy from government nearly one and half year back. In system & all statements of my account also it's reflecting clearly. Now I have many questions in my mind...
1. If there is a deviation of road to my flat, why DHFL had given me loan?

2. Why they are saying about subsidy, when I went for closure of loan?

3. Why they had confirmed & authorized that time I got subsidy ?

4. After audit only subsidy should reflect in the systems, so in systems its showing clearly as Rs.2, 15, 000 deducted from my outstanding, why they are saying now about Audit?

So team kindly clear all my doubts.

My mother mrs asia abdul azeez is the sister and official nominee of the account holder as my uncle is working abroad.

We have been asking dhfl, mr. Devan to settle and close the loan since 2018 and many times he postponed giving silly reasons and forcing us to pay emi. Finaly during october 2019, devan told us that the ots was approved for 11 lakh and told us to settle before 31st december 2019 but asked us to remit minimum 1 lakh on the same month as part of settlement so that ots will be valid till 31st december.

We have remitted rs1 lakh immediately and the balance 10 lakh deposited to dhfl account by 30th dec 2019. Devan confirmed the reciept of the fund and said he will process the same asap.

We have asked the property title docs and he said it will be released in a week time as it's in bangalore. We kept asking since then but no proper response but giving some silly reasons. We contacted mr. Mathew (Rm) and mr. Venkat reddy but no response yet. We kept asking for the docs since jan 1st and now the mid of september. Still we have not received our documents.

मेरा होम लोन 2016 में किया था जिसको अभी तक दिसबसे नहीं किया कई बार ऑफिस चक्कर लगाने के बाद मैंने अपने घर में रहने का सपना छोड़ दिया। आधा लोन किया था आधा घर बन गया। मै मोरिटरियम से पहिले तक प्रत्येक माह की किश्त भी जमा करता रहा। और हर महीने रेट भरकर परिवार का पलनपोषण कर रहा हूं किन्तु dhfl कंपनी में कोई सुनता ही नहीं है। मैंने प्रधान मंत्री आवास योजना का लाभ लेना चाहा और कई बार डीएफएफएल गया वह पता चला कि apply kar diya maine kyc bhi do baar उनके ऑफिस में जमा कर दिया किन्तु अभी तक आवास योजना का भी कोई लाभ नहीं मिला अब वो किश्त को जमा करने के लिए प्रेशर बना रहे है किन्तु मुझे घर अभी तक नहीं मिल सका इसपर कोई बात नहीं करता है कहते हैं कि अभी कंपनी लोन नहीं कर रही है जैसे ही स्टार्ट होगा आपका बकाया लोन payment ho जाएगा।मै क्या करू कुछ भी समझ नहीं आ रहा है मेरी मानसिक हालत ठीक नहीं है मै बहुत परेशान हूं। dhfl कंपनी कुछ ध्यान नहीं दे रही है।

Due to covid panoramic i am also a person who lost everything. Job, girlfriend, friends but still family is with me.

I am in search of job and accordingly by dec, 20 i am sure i can get some better option.

I am not in condition to pay emi. (Dhfl loan no. - 00876)

I mr. Bhupender singh having loan code 8678 in your sector 22 chandigarh branch since 2018.
I fullfill all norms and conditions regarding subsidy and also assist to staff for all type.
But till date there is no response from bank side and i harrassed by bank in this matter.

Recently on 24th august i visited the branch and repay partpayment 50000 and request for rephase my account to adjust in given amount so that 50000 adjust to my emi and they assure me.
But this time this is totally differ, they extand my loan tenure time. That is totally wrong with me.
Branch not corporate with me.
I requested again to dudect my emi as previously was given by me.
Please apply my same emi so that i will pay less interest.

I have a joint housing loan accounts with my husband in DHFL bank. We divorced last year and now when I am applying for a loan for my own, It's not getting approved as I am still linked with the old loan account. I request to remove my name from Co-Applicant as I have already gifted the property to him and divorce has been granted from court. I can provide all the required documents and request to look into this matter on urgent basis as my loan request is still pending with other bank.

I had taken loan in february 2016, but still pmay amount is not received against my home loan account number[protected]
Since 2 years dhfl customer care says "it is in process" but no body gives exact status??? Like where it is pending?? Pending with government or pending with dhfl???
Can someone please help... It's been 4 years now.

My loan account number is [protected] when I taken loan agreement is rate of interest 14% per annum but they charged rate of interest 15.17% per annum total period of installments 15year but present statement shows 16.5 year instalments

Hi, I took Home loan from DHFL branch ghaziabad in 2018. At that time they promised me that I will get home loan subsidy as this is my first house and I am eligible for this.
Next month, I fill the subsidy form and attach all relevant documents. They said that this will take hardly 3_4 months and if there is any issue then I need to submit more documents.
After few days I sent an email to enquire update on my application regarding Home loan subsidy, they said that I need to submit few more documents. I went ahead and submit all those documents.
Few months later, I again sent an email at that time their customer care executive (Dipak) replied that my claim has been uploaded at NHB website and they will contact me if they need any clarification.
In this way 2 years pass.
Now recently I rec'd an email from DHFL stating that I am not eligible for the home loan subsidy.
This is a shocking news for me as I took Home loan based on their faith and promise regarding Home loan subsidy.
I check government website, regarding their requirements for this subsidy and I am sure that I am eligible for this.
I have already submitted all my relevant documents.

I am paying house loan for dhfl. i want to go for moratorium for the month of august, but they are laying penalties and check bounce charges. they are giving demoratorium . please avoid those check bounce charges and penalties.
