I have taken a Home Loan from DHFL in October 2017. The loan (Application : 01892658 was taken for purchase construction home. I am head of my family and purchase first time property, my wife is co-owner in this Plot. The property was already as per rules and regulation. All document submitted to DHFL Jalgoan Branch
After that i have applied for the Pardhan Mandtri Awas Yojna in Oct 2017. all the documents submitted which was they required, After the three i want to know the status of my subsidy but from the DHFl they were gave the answer is that your file in process . I send mail to them every month and the answer were same as previous mail. After the so many mails they send me the form of CLASS and i was submitted the same accordingly. After the so many efforts the DHFL nodal officers said to me that in your case it is apparent from the records available with us that: Built up area is more than permissible area. Property which given the rules & regulations of the PMAY CLSS renders your case ineligible for subsidy claim. Hence, we regret that your property is not eligible for subsidy claim.

According to the guidelines of Ministry of Housing and Urban Poverty Alleviation Credit linked subsidy would be available for housing loans availed for new construction and addition of rooms, kitchen, toilet etc. to existing dwellings as incremental housing. Sir this is my humble request to you kindly help me to get the Interest subsidy of Pradham Mantri Awas Yojna.

    I deposited some amount in the above dewan housing finance ltd .One of the deposit expired in dec and another one i cancelled in feb 2020,
    until now the payment not recieved
    my question is,
    why never send proper mail to my address regarding the payment
    secondly in what basis the company can delay my cancelled payment
    whatever it is, why never ask even sorry for the delay
    we are frustrated and mentally affected by above all these past 6 months, further more we are not able to meet other comitments for other loan due and normal living expenses
    kindle take action to release my fund, i donkcare whatever the legal system behind the screen, its my money and hard worked earnings

      I'm having a housing loan and was to able to pay properly from past few months due to financial crises. From past few months, i m regularly contacting branch amd asking them to accept part payments but they didn't accepted it. One of the boss says " Tm log chor ho, chori karke laao ya kahin se bhi lao, paese pure he lagege". In fact, when we requested him, he abused us so badly, i have a recording for this too. They send me letter and call us and harrass us so badly that we are off it now. We want to make payments partly but branch is not even accepting it. Please look forward to this situation and revert me how to deal with this situation.

        I had taken home loan @ 9.4% in december 2017. Now the current roi is 10.4%.in between i have not informed regarding the change in interest rates. Dhfl in increasing rates gradually even though rbi has cut down th repo rates. My sincere request is to reduce the rates to 7-8% even all other banks have reduced. This is tough time and being a middle class person i cant bare the higher interest rate. I am stuck in this chakra vyuha. Kindly reduce interest rates it will be gratefully.

          I have taken the loan from shivamogga DHFL branch in the year 2009, it been almost 11 years i have been paying the EMI, not even missed one single EMI, have paid the Pre EMI amount too

          No my only one request is i am on the higher side of interest at 11.40% currently and it is too much, Now the current rate of interest in the market is

          HDFC 6.95%
          SBI - 6.90%
          ICICI - 6.95%
          LIC Housing - 7.40%
          IDBI - 7.80%
          BOB- 6.85%
          Canara - 6.90%
          CBI - 6.85%

          If you look at all the banks the rate of interest has drastically came down, but for what good reason i need to pay the higher rate of interest that too at 11.40%, it is completely unfair on a common man, with these difficult times even it has become difficult to survive for next 1 year

          My request is i want the reimbursement of last 8 years where they have charged me the higher rate of interest and for current trend they need to revise my rate of interest rate at 6.90%

            I have taken a Home Loan from DHFL in september 2016. The loan (Application : 01390339 Loan Code :[protected] was taken for purchase of plot plus construction loan. I am head of my family and purchase first time property, my wife is co-owner in this Plot. The property area is 1000 Sq.Ft. My construction completed in April 2018.

            Sir this is my humble request to you kindly help me to get the Interest subsidy of Pradham Mantri Awas Yojna.

              This is in regard of my complaint against dhfl. The company has a system of charging the emi in the month starting rather than the month-end. I closed my loan on the 5th and still i am being forced to pay the emi of the entire month disregard of the core amount being deposited. Logically an interest of only 5 days should be applicable. On bringing forward the issue to dhfl they say that the system updates itself on the 25th of the previous month. This is a scam and money-making business by troubling the consumer. An extra amount has already been charged on another loan as well and they are trying to get profit out of this one by fooling.in spite of providing all possible sources from my end, dhfl is not cooperating and refusing to return my documents and closing the loan.
              Kindly look into the matter and help me get my documents. I am being forced to fall into the trap and pay the money which i am not liable to. I hope the solution is not biased and the decision is made keeping all parameters under consideration.

                My self anil kadiri from bengaluru. I had taken rented flat on 01 october 2019 in mahesh reddy building, #135/75, 3rd main road, 5th floor, 503, lakshmi narayana layout, munnekolala, marthahalli post, bangalore -560037, phone number of owner: [protected] for the rent of 11000 per month with deposite amount 40000/-

                Owner name is mr. N. Mahesh reddy, there are multiple reasons and issue with the flat for vacating, i have informed the owner on 26th feb 2020 saying that i will vacate flat by 31 march 2020. Due to covid19 and lockdown, i have vacated flat on 30th may 2020 and the same communicated with the owner clearly on call and sms. As per the rental agreement, i have noticed on time about vacating flat.

                After vacating flat on 30th may 2020 i have asked for a security deposit from the owner and he said will return in a couple of days and almost 47 days got completed he is not picking the call and not communicating any concrete date for the return of my deposit amount and finally, he picked the call today 15 july 2020 and saying go and compliant at the police station i don't care.

                Luckily i have done all the transactions online payment of rent and deposit amount with proper rental agreement certificate no: in-ka[protected]r and all the communication happened through the sms and whatsapp for evidence.

                Could you please take some action and do justice in my case.

                Reasons for vacating flat :
                Its 5 floors building due to some legal violation in construction no electricity given for each flat and common meter for all and we have to pay 500/- fixed and owner didn't communicate this thing when came to flat later go to know from neighbor and security guard and started paying 11000+500 =11500. My mistake is i haven't checked the electricity meter for an individual flat and never expected this type of case before coming to the flat.

                I have seen lift not working and asked for status before paying a security deposit. The owner replied we are getting a separate meter for power lift in 1-3 days before you come we will arrange to lift.

                Finally, no lift and after close followup for a month in whatsup got to know owner is telling the same false story to all the tenant to fill the flats.

                Finally, the conclusion is i am not getting my security deposit from the owner even after completing 47 days after vacating. Please do some justice.

                  Dear Sir,

                  This Grievance is related to the delay in disbursement of subsidy in CLSS of PMAY Urban.

                  I have availed housing loan from DHFL in August 2018 and subsequently also applied for subsidy under CLSS scheme of PMAY(U). This is unfortunate that I have not yet received any subsidy till date.

                  For the same concern, I got in touch with DHFL on toll[protected]. DHFL team informed me that my File has been uploaded on 04th Feb 2019 with batch no. 97. But, so far there has been not communication regarding this issue.

                  In this regard, I am seeking for your kind assistance so that this issue can be sorted out and the subsidy can be released to me on priority basis.

                    Hi dhfl team, please be noted i got dhfl plot loan in 2016 and last year (2019) it got transferred to ahfl. My current emi is getting deducted from ahfl. But while checking cibil score i found its showing overdue for 4 months after bank change which is done by dhfl. Also while checking with dhfl account login i was not able to get statement. Why there is wrong mention by dhfl even after correct payment from our side. My application no : 01319041.

                          I have taken home loan from dhfl. Missed to maintain sufficient fund this month. DHFL recovery goons started calling, arguing, threatening and all the abusive words which rose my blood pressure and I did reciprocated with same.

                          Now they are threatening me to see at office and at home. I have call recordings of most of the conversation. If anything happens to me DHFL and their recovery goons would be responsible.

                            Details -
                            I have an ongoing loan with dhfl since april 2016. I applied to change the bank account from where the ecs is processed in february 2020. I also enquired at the branch about when will the ecs be activated, they said it will be activated by next month, if not then the month after that for sure. I asked how will i know if the ecs has been activated, i was told there is no such declaration, the emi will simply be deducted if the ecs is active and not if it isn't activated. I contacted the support center in march as my emi wasn't deducted automatically on the regular date (10th of every month) and the used one of my cheques to clear the payment.in the last week of march, lockdown was announced and i had hoped that my ecs must have been activated by now. I was told by their support that if you have an ecs active, you won't have to do anything to opt out of the moratorium, your emi will be paid as usual as i did not want to opt-in to the moratorium. So i assumed i won't have to do anything, as apart from assuming, i did not have any choice because their support wasn't working either due to the lockdown. I tried emailing them that i want to pay, i do not want the moratorium, but their support kept me moving in circles as they responded after 4-5 days and the answers were always generic. Finally i got a hold on someone over the phone and they sent a paynimo link to pay the emi, it was already the first week of may till then. I paid the emi for april and may then. Similarly, for june, i have been trying their support 2-3 times daily, it only completed their default corona message and hangs up. Today i finally got a hold of someone over the phone and i was told they received the emi for april and may, but i was in the moratorium so i will also be charged interest for april and may. Why are you people forcing the moratorium to take out extra interest from people. I knew the extra interest would be too much and that's the same reason i did not want the moratorium, but you forced it on me.

                            Desired resolution -
                            I request you to see to it that i am not charged the interest for the moratorium period as the issue was caused because there was a lack of communication from your end without which, the issue would have been resolved then and there. Please continue the emi as usual, do not charge interest for the forced moratorium.

                            Please see email from DHFL where the sentence highlighted states,

                            "moratorium will be applied for all non-opted cases except in those cases where the borrower has provided NACH, Standing Instructions, ECS, Post Dated Cheques, Direct debit or any other form of auto debit instructions."

                            If ECS was not activated, you also had post dated cheques! That is how the EMI for March was paid! It is not my fault you guys did not use it, the banks were operational even during the lockdown. The question about the ECS still remains though, it is not my fault that the request to activate ECS submitted back in February has still not been completed.

                            Just to add a bit more, when I submitted this complaint here, I had called DHFL support that morning to pay the EMI and they said I will receive a link to pay it on my phone within 24 hours. It has been 4 days, still no link. I tried calling a number their support executive gave me last month, I do receive a message that says you will receive link in 24 hours, but I never receive the link. So, in short, I need to keep trying until the EMI is paid or else it is my fault and I need to pay the extra charges for not paying the EMI on time. Very bad customer service from DHFL even after charging such a high rate of interest. 10.92% interest rate is pretty high and a customer would expect at least good customer service in return!

I was opened dhfl policy no 004929 on 27 apr 2017 an amountong to rs 2891 and rev 2956.61 for ten yrs of term. After three yrs, i was surrenderd dhfl policy on 07may 2020. I deposited a total amount rs 1, 04000/- but dhfl company paid only rs 52204/-. I asked to dhfl that where is my balance money deposited. Dhfl stated that no balance money is pending to give you. Request investigate and instruct dhfl to pay of bal money at the earliest to avoid financial loss to me

                                  I am one of existing customer in your vashi branch branch mumbai. My account no 00001859.in my dhfl login, earlier i am able to download accounts statement and provisional certificate, but now i am not able to see report option to download the documents. Why it is not showing in my login, i sent multiple emails to [protected]@dhfl.com but no reply.
                                  Why you removed these document details from customer portal?
                                  Kindly make correction display in summary and account statement option in my dhfl web.
                                  Please respond me on my register email id.

                                    Dear all,

                                    Please can some one let me know the status of my property document?

                                    I closed my loan in the month of march 2020 and awating for the documents to be handed over but due to covid lockdown i had to await till the lockdown ends.

                                    Lockdown in mumbai was ended and service was resumed on 08/06/202. Its been more than one week and dhfl home branch is unable to retrive my documents.

                                    I have registered a complaint with national housing bank, my concern has been highlited and due to delay by dhfl im facing a huge problem in my life.

                                    I hope to find a helpful response from nhb grid.

                                      Dhfl guys are not sending me loan foreclosure letter from past 2 weeks. I have to pay remaining amount in one go. This is fraud. They are charging interest unnecessary. I have called them 100 times and each time they come with some or the other excuses of not generating foreclosure letter. I have even send them emails but they are sending their generic response as attached. Please help me.
