Hello team,
I have already register the complain for not getting the provisional certificate for home loan. Indian consumer complaint team already shared my query with dhfl but i a have not received any document.
Why i am not able to get all required document on the customer portal of dhfl.
Need this document on high priority, i am registering my second complaint for the same topic on consumer support.
Please consider and respond to it.

    I have taken home loan from dhfl. Missed to maintain sufficient fund this month. DHFL recovery goons started calling, arguing, threatening and all the abusive words which rose my blood pressure and I did reciprocated with same.

    Now they are threatening me to see at office and at home. I have call recordings of most of the conversation. If anything happens to me DHFL and their recovery goons would be responsible.

      Details -
      I have an ongoing loan with dhfl since april 2016. I applied to change the bank account from where the ecs is processed in february 2020. I also enquired at the branch about when will the ecs be activated, they said it will be activated by next month, if not then the month after that for sure. I asked how will i know if the ecs has been activated, i was told there is no such declaration, the emi will simply be deducted if the ecs is active and not if it isn't activated. I contacted the support center in march as my emi wasn't deducted automatically on the regular date (10th of every month) and the used one of my cheques to clear the payment.in the last week of march, lockdown was announced and i had hoped that my ecs must have been activated by now. I was told by their support that if you have an ecs active, you won't have to do anything to opt out of the moratorium, your emi will be paid as usual as i did not want to opt-in to the moratorium. So i assumed i won't have to do anything, as apart from assuming, i did not have any choice because their support wasn't working either due to the lockdown. I tried emailing them that i want to pay, i do not want the moratorium, but their support kept me moving in circles as they responded after 4-5 days and the answers were always generic. Finally i got a hold on someone over the phone and they sent a paynimo link to pay the emi, it was already the first week of may till then. I paid the emi for april and may then. Similarly, for june, i have been trying their support 2-3 times daily, it only completed their default corona message and hangs up. Today i finally got a hold of someone over the phone and i was told they received the emi for april and may, but i was in the moratorium so i will also be charged interest for april and may. Why are you people forcing the moratorium to take out extra interest from people. I knew the extra interest would be too much and that's the same reason i did not want the moratorium, but you forced it on me.

      Desired resolution -
      I request you to see to it that i am not charged the interest for the moratorium period as the issue was caused because there was a lack of communication from your end without which, the issue would have been resolved then and there. Please continue the emi as usual, do not charge interest for the forced moratorium.

      Please see email from DHFL where the sentence highlighted states,

      "moratorium will be applied for all non-opted cases except in those cases where the borrower has provided NACH, Standing Instructions, ECS, Post Dated Cheques, Direct debit or any other form of auto debit instructions."

      If ECS was not activated, you also had post dated cheques! That is how the EMI for March was paid! It is not my fault you guys did not use it, the banks were operational even during the lockdown. The question about the ECS still remains though, it is not my fault that the request to activate ECS submitted back in February has still not been completed.

      Just to add a bit more, when I submitted this complaint here, I had called DHFL support that morning to pay the EMI and they said I will receive a link to pay it on my phone within 24 hours. It has been 4 days, still no link. I tried calling a number their support executive gave me last month, I do receive a message that says you will receive link in 24 hours, but I never receive the link. So, in short, I need to keep trying until the EMI is paid or else it is my fault and I need to pay the extra charges for not paying the EMI on time. Very bad customer service from DHFL even after charging such a high rate of interest. 10.92% interest rate is pretty high and a customer would expect at least good customer service in return!

          I am serving in the army and presently posted with delhi. I was opened dhfl policy no 004929 on 27 apr 2017 an amountong to rs 2891 and rev 2956.61 for ten yrs of term. After three yrs, i was surrenderd dhfl policy on 07may 2020. I deposited a total amount rs 1, 04000/- but dhfl company paid only rs 52204/-. I asked to dhfl that where is my balance money deposited. Dhfl stated that no balance money is pending to give you. Request investigate and instruct dhfl to pay of bal money at the earliest to avoid financial loss to me

            I am one of existing customer in your vashi branch branch mumbai. My account no 00001859.in my dhfl login, earlier i am able to download accounts statement and provisional certificate, but now i am not able to see report option to download the documents. Why it is not showing in my login, i sent multiple emails to [protected]@dhfl.com but no reply.
            Why you removed these document details from customer portal?
            Kindly make correction display in summary and account statement option in my dhfl web.
            Please respond me on my register email id.

              Dear all,

              Please can some one let me know the status of my property document?

              I closed my loan in the month of march 2020 and awating for the documents to be handed over but due to covid lockdown i had to await till the lockdown ends.

              Lockdown in mumbai was ended and service was resumed on 08/06/202. Its been more than one week and dhfl home branch is unable to retrive my documents.

              I have registered a complaint with national housing bank, my concern has been highlited and due to delay by dhfl im facing a huge problem in my life.

              I hope to find a helpful response from nhb grid.

                Dhfl guys are not sending me loan foreclosure letter from past 2 weeks. I have to pay remaining amount in one go. This is fraud. They are charging interest unnecessary. I have called them 100 times and each time they come with some or the other excuses of not generating foreclosure letter. I have even send them emails but they are sending their generic response as attached. Please help me.

                    Hi, i took a home loan from dhfl on may 2017 @ 8.70%
                    Soon after the loan disbursement, dhfl started increasing rate of interest,
                    Every 3- 6 months they increased rate of interest stating various reasons.

                    Now home loan interest are all-time low, but dhfl has not reduced my rate of interest.
                    On communication with ceo, nodal officer all gave a reply that interest rates will come down with rplr and will be informed to me very soon.

                    I am paying interest rate of 9.92%, pls reduce it.

                      My loan code is 1670. On trying to access details through https://www.dhfl.com/my-dhfl most of the options like repayment schedule options & provisional certificate is missing. How to get this and repayment schedule options? Customer care number or email is not responding either.

                      Going by DHFL reputation I wonder what hidden activity is being done to harass by not disclosing user data....

                      Dear sir
                      I took a home loan from dhfl august 2018 and after some time dhfl has transferred my loan in india bulls regarding which i have received the email as well letter from india bulls at much higher interest rate inspite of that i kept quite and when i called on the dhfl customer care they are not working and after that i approached their branch in netaji subash place then they told me the same thing that your loan has transferred in india bulls so you to contact to india bulls for further queries.

                      In march 2020 the emi has deducted from my bank and then after that there was lockdown was started due to covid-19 after that moratorium was given by all banks i. E a relaxation of emi for next 3 months.
                      In april i have contact india bulls to option moratorium and also i have received the confirmation from them.
                      Suddenly on 13.04.2020 i had received a message from dhfl that your emi will be debited from your account on 15th april2020 regarding which i had send an email on 13.04.2020 to them against which i have received an email from dhfl on 24.04.2020 in which they mentioned the same thing to me that your loan has transferred to india bulls.

                      Now today (10.05.2020) i have received an email from dhfl that your emi has bounced on 15th april.2020 and now you have to pay the bounce charges as well penalty

                      No now i want to file a legal complaint against dhfl.

                        I closed my loan account with dhfl dated march 6th 2020, today being may 9th 2020 (More than 2 months) my property documents not yet returned.

                        I sent couple of email marking ceo but i receive a reply we are sorry for the inconveinence caused.

                        Kindly note for the people taking loan from dhfl, worst service and they will torture to hell if you buy a loan from them.

                          I amrit shukla took loan from dhfl my loan account was (Loan account: [protected]). As i foreclose my loan after payment of all due on 12 feb 2020. Then on 27/02/2020 they issue me noc for your reference i am sharing you dhfl noc with this communication, also shared id proof and cancel cheque as guided by dhfl prayagraj office representative. Sir now i need my insurance refund from dhfl whatever left now. Sir i mail all required details and all information wrt to my insurance to given mail id that was shared with me at the time of loan closer. Till now i didn't received any conversatiotion from your side. As mail response received from pramerica life insurance "that regarding your insurance policies which are from different insurer, we request you to get in touch with dhfl directly or respective insurer.

                              In "my dhfl" portal, earlier lot of facilities for downloading accounts statement option etc. were available, but now it is found that these facilities were removed.

                              Hence, kindly request to reinstate these options.

                                I have taken home loan of rs.23lkh from dhfl in feb 2016 and till date i'm paying regular emi.

                                Since facing issue like cheated me on the time of disbursements they also includes 60k as insurance of chola mandlm which is i'm not aware about this on that time i refused and said i will pay the insurance amt as own contribution and i had given cheq of 33500 as agreed for dhfl parmica insurance.. But they cheated me and added extra 60k for chola mandlm insurance which ia i'm not aware.

                                I'm keep asking that why loan amt and disbursements amt is difference all times they lies given false story.

                                When's i come to know in 2017 than suddenly request for foreclosures and visit the branch again they make me fool and taken 3k and reduce my roi.
                                After 3 month again they increase.0.75 roi.

                                Than again i requested in 2018 for bt transfer again they make fake story u have ro wait 15 days than again i visited than again said they have system problem than again i had followed up but all time misguided and timepass with me and exhaust time period of 15 days.

                                In october 2019 i forcefully force for bt transfer than they had given foreclosures letter but rbi has suspended due to fraudulent transactions all bank are rejected dhfl case.

                                Since nov 2019 to jan 2019 they waisted my time, effort and i lose money which i had maded payment for bt transfer to idbi.

                                I have approached with several bank like hdfc, bob, sarswat bank, idbi, icici, all are not ready for bt transfer because of dhfl case and they all ready to give fresh loan but not ready to take a dhfl case.

                                I'm asking that's what's is the my fault because of dhfl fraud no any bank ready to take over the loan.

                                Since 1 year i'm stuck with this dhfl fraud company which is charging roi @ 10.25 and current market roi is 7.15 -8%.
                                U can't sale my property either transfer my loan

                                Many times i had sended a mail to dhfl, ceo even nodal officer but they not given any resolution.

                                In lock down i'm into very critical financial issues i have requested to dhfl please help me to get transfer the loan or reduce my roi but they never ever given any proper answer.
                                Dhfl call centre executive even not able to understand i'm talking about which issue they just irritating me and made me mentally frustrated.

                                I'm suggesting you all don't go with dhfl in your life once you choose they will suck your blood.

                                I'm very happy that government/ rbi suspended this pledge dhfl
                                Dhfl should be band it's should be permanently band in india its a pledge not a nbfc.

                                    This is in regard of an issue i am facing with dewan housing finance corporation limited. i want to bring this to your kind attention that the staff does not behave properly with its valuable customers and is uncooperative. i, jiyandaram dawani, had taken a loan on two of my accounts. (A/c:*1199 , *2614). As a security against the loan, registries of a farmland, my residence and two offices were kept. The loan for later force closed on[protected]. The company has a policy of deducting the interest amount in advance naming it as pre-emi. the due date for payment is 10th of every month. According to the account statement released on 5th of may 2019. The required payment of 25, 72, 384 and 1, 06, 65, 257 was done and dues cleared. Initially there were a lot of issues raised and weren't ready to accept the payment as well. The non government financial service provider dhfl is now demanding me to pay the emi for the entire month. According to generic norms i am not liable for this excess amount being demanded. The organisation has been threatening me and refuses to release the documents. I have constantly been receiving calls from numerous numbers and trash talking and torturing. This act of forcing the costumer is clearly violating human rights.

                                      Sir, i have applied many times for 2 months moratorium on my home loan emi. I have applied through website, emails. But they told on email that you moratorium confirmation will be given to you through mail or sms. But despite a number of follow ups. The company deducted my emi without entertaining my requests. If i have the facility to avail moratorium then this should be given to me.
                                      Sir, i request you to please look into it and help me in getting my problem to be resolved soon.
