The central government announced that the 144 lockdown time any insurance or loan amount should not be taken from the customers, but dhfl simply took the money from my account. I cant expect from this dhfl.

Very very worst service. I have no money. How can i earn money in this lockdown period?

They need only money money money... They do not think about customers

      I have applied for pmay subsidy since past 9 months & still no response & revert from dhfl, have dropped sevearl mails to response @ dhfl..com but no one bothered to revert also the toll free no is never responding - i am a royalty cm with regular rtr & no delays - humble request to provide resolution to my concerns at earliest

        Hello I am Pradeep Kumar Soni in DHFL I do not want to take the benefit of moratorium and I also told this on DHFL website in spite of it they are not deducting my EMI. I made many calls to DHFL and also wrote [protected]@dhfl.com there is no answer to my query. My loan ac is 00002849. Please solve my problem.

          I have home loan with dhfl and application number is 01817942
          I didn't opted for moratorium option. But my emi was not deducted. Looks like this is a cheating by dhfl even though customers not opted for moratorium they will make it default. So that they can earn interest on outstanding. Poor service. Poor response.
          Since from two years i am observing they never decrease the interest rate even though repo rate decreased multiple times.

            I took home loan from dhfl, as per the repo rate increase these guys increased mine from 8.7 to 9.55.
            However multiple times repo rate decreased by rbi, this dhfl guys never decreased roi. Please some one take action on this. They are providing pool service and never respond properly.

            Please please please take a necessity action on dhfl policies.

              With reference to my housing loan account no. 00004165 availed from your ludhiana branch. I advise that this is my first property and i am eligible for housing subsidy under pradhan mantri awas yojna. But i have not been awarded the subsidy, despite my eligibility and was informed by the customer care that the same wasn't received, as the town code was missing from the loan proposal. As such l, it was the bank's responsibility to ensure that the subsidy provided by the government of india is transferred after completion of the due formalities. I have always ensured that all terms and conditions of the bank are fulfilled. Then why have i been denied my right. Kindly arrange to provide me the subsidy and pass on the eligible benefit to me. An early resolution to the grievance is highly solicited.

                Hi,

                Its a very bad exp taking a loan in DHFL, no coperation from any o[censored]r customer suppoer. since DHFL is under going some issues. i wanted to move the loan to different bank and i need a foreclosure letter, they have informed that it will take 15 days, to get one document of foreclosure 15 days, very pathetic service. and after the close of loan to get our documents 50 days is a long time and no bank will accept that.

                its a sin to take a loan in DHFL

                    It's very bad experience about interest rate with you.
                    In 2016 when i took loan that time my interest rate was 9.5
                    And they increases interest rate every year and now i'm paying 10.67 interest rate.
                    If rbi increases rate they increase accordingly and when rbi decrease there is no effect.
                    It's a very bad with me.. Please do... Please do something and reduce the interest rate..

                        more interest on housing loan

                        I have taken the loan with dhfl on 30.04.2014, the interest rate was 10.25%.

                        Now though all the banks reduced the interest rate to 8.25% based on rbi guideline, dhfl increased by interest rate to 11.32%.

                        When we raised this issue with the concern branch, no proper responce.

                        Request the immediete reposnce on this for reducing my interest rate at par with other banks....

                          Today i spoke to your customer care number for reduction of my interest rate but they said they have stopped reducing interest rate from last 10 months and not sure till when it will be stopped. Who gave the rights to not to follow the the rbi guidelines. I am going to write the letter to rbi governor about this and also going to lodge complain in consumer court.                             I have taken home loan from dhfl mehsana (Gujarat) branch at march 2017. My home loan account number is [protected] and application number is 01471406.

                            I have also applied for pmay subsidy and submitted all required document. But still i did not get pmay subsidy amount.

                            When i call to dhfl customer care for status, they says me that they have submitted document to nhb. But document is submitted to nhb since february 2019 as per dhfl. Even though i did not get subsidy amount yet.

                            Can you please inform me final status with proof about subsidy and when subsidy amount will be credited.

                            Please help me to get pmay in my loan account.

Mote rs.30, 000/- loan approved karideba kahi kichhi documents magila, mu whatsapp re send karila pare mote loan approval letter patheile, sethire processing fee 2527/- lekhathila, mu dhfl name re thiba account no re send kali, but loan asila nahi, again phone kari gst amount magile, amiti kete prakar katha kahi mo tharu rs.22527/- thaki neigale against rs.30000/- loan. Abe bi mo call received karuchanti au kahuchanti 1550/- dia apananka loan clear heba..

                                  Dhfl ne mera loan a/c sbfc me transfer kiya jisme mujhe koi letter ya notice nahi diya .
                                  Main 3 October 19ko jodhpur dhfl branch manager ko 5 lac ka cheque diya Principal amount ke against woh cheque dhfl mai clear ho gaya .
                                  Ab mera 5lac rs ya to aap return de ya phir sbfc mai jama kare

                                    not get pmay and loan transferred to sbfc without any intimation

                                    And branch is badalpur branch katrap. But still we are waiting for pradhan mantri awas subsidy.
                                    I have paid 24 emi but still not got the pradhan mantri awas subsidy, also

                                    Nobody giving response about subsidy, i called to customer care but they are giving simply reply "the document are uploaded" to nhb on 04/feb/2019

                                    Please find below text massage in details for bank getting fraud with me communication.
                                    I had yesterday going to your pune branch because i had already given my return letter but your employee is not taken action in this matter so please i had request to you please take action in early. I am already surrendering my property, all documents given to your collection department & advocate but he said if sell by property to another party in case loss he will recovering my side, why will recovering my side? First we will check my lone section file, who had section my file then main point property valuation (Increasing by actual marketing value) i had request to you please reopen my lone file i will be doubt by your dhfl employee & property owner mr. Shyam more, lone agent mr. Prashant gaikwad & including other person in your branch. (I think all person settlement in this file) i had bought the property this owner is fraud person and i will be the doubt by your dhfl officer, so please take further action. I had already so many complaints for dewan housing finance corporation ltd. & so many emails send by dhfl concern team but my property problem not slow, i had police complaints with dhfl bank, flat owner, lone agent & including dhfl all lone department, but dhfl team not response to me so i’m complaint to you. Complaint reason: i had getting home lone last 1years ago but property valuation is now rs. 12, 00, 000/- (Twelve lack only) but valuation increase by dhfl bank team & flat owner, lone agent and all dhfl including team, rs. 15, 00, 000/- (Fifteen lack only). All evidence available, i had submitted to dhfl metro pune branch response team but not given proper action. Please take action immediate & send me feedback. Last time he had told me raised proper fraud complaint against the people & submit copy to the dhfl branch. I had already given the complaint copy to your branch as on 25th july 2019 but your officer not taken action in my complaint. Please find the attachment for police complaint receipt: imp note: 1) i had already submit my complaint & sending mail to your branch, response team for last 9 months. 2) i had already told you "hold” my lone account &"reopen" my lone file bz property valuation issue. 3) your dhfl branch officer not given proper response then i had so many emails sending your response team, ceo & nodal head office but your team not given proper feedback. 4) important things to my cibil score is going down. 5) yesterday had meeting with your legal department but he told me police complaint copy not received. 6) mr. Shyam more and lone agent prashant gaikwad is fraud person. 7) i have more proof available in my complaint and i want to show you 8) had find out more fraud cases with against person for keshavnagar pune area.
