Myself Gopal Gupta have applied for Cdc replacement on 21st Oct 2020 (Application no. REP/SMO(C)/2020/10984) & attached all the documents required for CDC replacement. The status of which is still showing 'under process'. Attaching application status for your reference. My INDOS No. 06XL0285,

Its my humbly request you to kindly approve the application so as to get the replacement done since i have to join a vessel in first week of December 2020.
