I am writing to bring to your kind attention the status of my Fresh CDC application submitted on 30th May 2026 (Application No: SMO(M)/2026/409565, INDOS No: 26ZN6703). The current status of my application is showing as “Under Verification Process”, it is almost one month gone and I am awaiting the issuance of my CDC for my upcoming joining.
As per the information received from your office, my application has been referred for verification of the uploaded 10th Standard Certificate with the concerned Board and will be processed further upon receipt of the verification report as per the guidelines of the Directorate General of Shipping.
To understand the reason for the delay, I personally visited the concerned Board office (Trivandrum Parishabhavan) and checked the status of my verification request. The department staff informed me that they have not received any request related to my application number (SMO(M)/2026/409565). They also mentioned that if the RL Number is available, they can check and trace the request through other available methods.
Therefore, I kindly request you to provide the RL Number or any further details related to the verification request so that I can coordinate with the concerned Board and help expedite the process.
Your kind support and assistance in resolving this matter at the earliest would be highly appreciated, as the delay may affect my upcoming urgent joining.
