Dg Shipping — coc revalidation sticker not received

Dear sir/madam
I love kandhari applied for revalidation of my mea class 4coc on 13.03.2020, my coc got approved on 29.03.2020 as per my status shown in e-governance website but i haven't received my coc revalidation sticker till yet.
I ll be very grateful, if you look into this matter.

applied for COC revalidation on 28 Dec 2021.
ApplicationNo:COCRVN/MMD(M)/2021/11027.
and the Same was approved by MMD.

Kindly note, COC Revalidation sticker is not yet received by post.Kindly assist with courier details.Thank you.
