Scanned copies of the courses are attached herewith. I have done STCW and DSD course from Mumbai Maritime Training Institute from 30.05.2022 to 15.06.2022 I have attached copy of my certificate please check it I hereby request you to forgive my fault and I promises that it will never happen in future again.
