[Resolved]  Dg Shipping — Incorrect details on CDC renewal sticker

Respected Sir, Kindly note that, prior expiry of my CDC, I had applied for the renewal sticker from Mumbai office. I received the sticker. However, the name mentioned is of someone else and also the CDC number does not belong to me. Only thing which is correct is my photograph. I have attached a copy of the sticker for your kind perusal.
