DG Shipping — Issues regarding Live Photo Verification while uploading Indos profile Photo

This is Kundan Kumar, Indos No. 10NL1943, trying to change my Indos Photo as per latest dg shipping guidelines at 220.156.188.229 but, i am facing error while capturing live image and always showing "live image not verifying", however I have tried in various poses/backgrounds/lights/dress and on 4-5 different pc's and my photo clarity is also good but still getting the same Error Message. Also note that I have been facing this issue since last year.

Requesting you to please do needful to resolve this issue so that I can start my Chief Mate Phase II classes which will start from 15 July 2023. I will be grateful to you.
