Dear sir
I pramod baba kamble cdc no ch16919 and indos no dl4971. I apply for cdc replacement 20 april 2017 application no rep/smo (M) 2017/16880 but my cdc stil date not came to my home. With cdc i can't join ship, in master check list issue date12 may 2017 view. Please sir this is very seriously my problem i apply in mumbai please help me sir

InDos 01NL0229, complete set of documents applicable for CDC Revalidation Sticker for BY56203 as given under DGS website were sent to DGS Mumbai on 31st May 2017 by Speed Post as per the checklist & guidelines given complied to the letter. I still await the revalidation sticker for same. Please expedite
