Dg Shipping — New Application CDC Under Verification

Respected sir Myself SEKAR GNANAMURTHY,
My CDC Application no SMO(K)/2024/294326 is showing under process.
I applied my CDC on 13 APRIL 2024
I got a mail from Dg Under Verification Process on 19 APR 2024

Already I waited more than 2 weeks but it still show Verification under process
And I checked with my DGI (Chennai) as they said they didn't get any letter from DG to verify my original SSLC certificate..

So I kindly request and please do the needful ASAP
