Sir,
I have try to pay my dc endorsement application fees amount Rs.3000/- unfortunately the amount deducted by bank and I got msg from Bank the debited with dgshipping afterwards I checked my application status there is showing status the amount not paid what would we do help to resolve the problem

I have filled my application for my oil DC renewal and I have done the payment of 3000 plus service charge (total of 3035.40) debited from my account. But not showing in my application.it is still showing not payed... Pay now option.

Myself Vikash giri.
Kindly note on 28Jun2021, 1st online transaction fail and amount deducted RS. 5011.80 for ETO COC revalidation fee.
Then i made another online translation after failure of 1st online transaction and pay successful on same day, 28Jun2021.
Please find attached screenshot of online translation for your reference.
Till today amount is not credited to my account.
Kindly resolve this issue.
