Dg Shipping — Please dispatch my BSID card I have a joining next week

I am applied[protected]. Its still show forward and printing. It's already 2 months finished show same status. And after 10 days showing ready and forward for dispatch but still not dispatched. And last friday status was changed to bsid card dispatch given address. Em[protected]in. But can't tracking bsid card. I asking indian post on this issue they said. The parcel was not booked. Only barcode give the client in advance. Onve they booked you can track your parcel. So please dispatched my bsid card sir. Kindly do the needful sir. It's humble request to you. Please dispatch my bsid card. I am attached with this mail evidence on indian post offical twitter handle reply on my request.
