Dg Shipping — Requesting to update my dgs signoff pending

PANAMA CDC: CTC166590
INDIAN CDC NUMBER : CHN 109334
PASSPORT NUMBER : T1082118

SIGNIN : 15.01.2019
SIGNOFF : 15.09.2019
ARRIVAL DATE: 17.09.2019

I sailed with rpsl company named MSC CREWING SERVICE PVT.LTD, MUMBAI. RPqSL number MUM-052. My RPSL company had missed to update my sign off entry of last vessel. So for the same reason I was unable to update my sign-off date in my master checker.
Regarding this issue My RPSL tried to applied from Feb_2022. Now already 7 month finished but still my dgs signoff pending issued continued.

So please kindly help me for updating my sign-off date in my master checker. Which will be a help for upgrading my career.
