DG Shipping — Sea service details updation delay

As per DGS CREW BRANCH CIRCULAR NUMBER 29 OF 2021, I have submitted all required documents for updation of my sea service details which are not uploaded by my recruiting company since they are suspended.
On 13th July I got confirmation mail that my documents have been recieved and recorded.
But till today, 29th July, 2022, there is no update regarding the issue.
Because of the missing details I cannot get a job, I cannot renew my certificate of competency and I'm in financial distress.
After that 13th July email, there has been no response from shipping master office also.
The above mentioned circular says the required time for the process is 7 days, but it's been almost a month but nothing is happening.
In August of 2021 I have uploaded the documents mentioned in DG SHIPPING website for the updation purpose, but still there has been no action.
I'm suffering for a long time because of no mistake on my part.
Please provide me with a solution as soon as possible.
