Dgs Sol — asking for money by putting legal notice

I have applied on quikr for job and came across this dgs sol work from home.

They called and said, bahut easy work hai and aap sirf 3 days me hi complete kar loge. And i actually need money so maine pucha ki agar 1% kaam complete nahi hota hai ya 90% se kam accuracy aati hai ya koi bhi problem hogi to kya aap paise lenge to unhone mana kiya fir mujhse kaha ki aap jitne form fill karoge ya jitne form sahi honge uski payment apko milegi chahe to 10 form hi kyo na ho. Lekin ab ye apni baat ko khud kaat kar mujhe legal team se call kara k paise jama karne keh rahe hain otherwise mere against legal action lenge.
Now mujhe samjh nahi aa raha ki main kya karu. Please help me.
